A dick size adjustment

Keigo considered what to write for a moment when a thought struck him, of his rather average body his dick was painfully so. He was 5 inches when soft and maybe 7 inches hard and that always felt awkward and hurt his masculinity. It was a whim, and he expects nothing to change but Keigo acted on it and wrote down.

Keigo Asano's dick size will be 8 inches when soft, 11 inches when hard, and his balls shall grow to compensate for the change.

It felt like his crotch just got tighter, like his pants just shrunk down a size in real time. Freaked out at the feeling, Keigo undid his pants quickly to find that his dick HAS INDEED grown to 8 inches from where it was before AND his balls went from grapes to tangerines. Barely holding back a scream in terror at what happened he did his pants back up. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" Keigo screamed in his head, "IT ACTUALLY WORKS??!?!" Looking back to the notebook in shock and awe, his mind started to whirl at what he could do.
