Escape from the Undercity!

Once you and everyone else is inside, the giant drill dives back into the underground and slip away into the dark tunnel.

Not long after escaping the dungeons, the giant drill emerged outside of the dungeons near the top of the hill in this vast cavern. There, you and the others exited the giant drill and get into the anti-gravity vehicles prepared by the other members of the Dark Horses who have clearly been stationing here for a while.

You then looked down below from that hill and see a lab that has the dungeon that kept you, your team and the mutants captured from the surface imprisoned earlier down below. You looked at it with a bit of contempt and disgust. After all, it turned out that the people who are currently in charge of the Enclave cared more about progress and the reconquest of the surface world than humanity, ethics and morals.

"I too wanted the surface to be reclaimed. But not like this! Our ancestors and this planet have went through enough already. It is as if that those fools at the top learned nothing from the past despite being among educated people like me." - You think as the engines are being started and the members of the Dark Horses drove away down from the hill, passing the laboratory and into the Undercity itself.

Unbeknownst to you and your escaping party, someone from the lab was watching the footage of you and your party made an escape via the giant drill. And that someone was your former boss who appeared to be a white man in lab coat in mid 30's whose name is Wilson Rowland. And he is the nephew of the current President of the Enclave.

"Hmm..." Wilson groaned grumpily as he's watching the footage of the giant drill used by the Dark Horses made an escape with you, your comrades and the mutants who have yet to be experimented on.

Then, he walked away from the screen, thus alerting the other scientists who are standing near him and follow him to see where he is going.

Doctor Rowland soon reached the platform of holographic projector, press some buttons and then, the blue holographic face of his maternal uncle, who appeared to be a man in his late 50's, appeared on the platform.

"President Goodway. We have a situation at the lab. The Dark Horses attacked us and liberated many of our captives, including the team you dispatched to the surface world not long ago." Wilson said with the calmness in his voice, clearly trying to suppress his anger about what happened.

"And you would like to request for helps to be provided? Am I correct on this, my nephew?" The President of the Enclave asked the son of his younger sister with a bit of smile on his face.

"If that can be provided, then that would be lovely!" Wilson said with a sinister smile formed on his face, happy to know that his maternal uncle is willing to provide him with the helps he needed since he too seen the Dark Horses as a problem and an obstacle that needed to be removed to stabilize his presidency.

After that, the call between the Head Scientist and the President of the Enclave ended.

Meanwhile in the Undercity, you rescuers are driving like lives depended on such actions! And considering the current circumstances, your life and their lives are indeed really depending on them to be driving as fast as possible to get away from the possible pursuers!

"Um! We are already away from the lab now! Maybe slow down a little?" You asked politely since you concerned about the lives of everyone within the anti-gravity vehicles and the lives of the innocents out there.

"My apology but in case you've forgotten, that lab is being run by your ex-boss and he happened to be the current President's nephew! And by now, he most likely alerted his uncle of what really happened! So that means there will be plenty of armed men chasing us all over the city eventually!" Your female rescuer said as she's driving the anti-gravity vehicle like driving through hellfire itself!

"Then where are we going?!" You asked her, wondering where can they even hide since they will be hunted down throughout the Undercity.

"Outside of the Undercity, of course!" The hooded woman said as she keeps her eyes on the road.

"Wait! What?!" You blurted out loudly, wondering how can he and everyone here can even escaped from the Undercity and how can they survived outside!

Suddenly, they all begin to hear the familiar siren sounds. The cops are now after them! If not being ultimately dispatched by the President himself through one of his officials, then it is because they broke the traffic rules by most likely driving too fast and do not park at red lights is what attracted the police to come after them in the first place.

"Oh great! Now the cops are after us!" You said sarcastically while also wondering how will you and your comrades will even be able to get out of this situation now.

"Not for long!" The hooded woman said as she's driving while also reaching her right hand out to one of the buttons on the control panel in the center.

Then, she pushed one of the buttons and the pipe engines suddenly go from orange hot to blue hot, thus making the anti-gravity vehicle that she is driving to become a lot more faster! Soon, the rest of her team who performed duties as drivers begin to do the same to catch up with her.

But this speed, controlling the anti-gravity vehicles are barely possible now!

"THHHHIIIISSSS IIIIISSSSS SOOOOOOOOO NNNOOOOOOOTTTTT COOOOOOOOLLLLLLL!" You yelled loudly as your face is being distorted by the winds that clashing your face due to how insanely fast your rescuer is driving right now.

And to make the matter worse, your party seemed to be heading for the Undercity's outer wall that surrounded the outermost perimeters of the Undercity itself!

Shocked but unable to say anything, you can only widen your eyes in fear at the idea that this might be the end of you here!

But then, your rescuer simply tightened her grips around the steering wheel and proceed to tweak it a little by pushing it upward, thus making the anti-gravity vehicle that you, her and some other passengers are in to be able to life upward and then driving along the wall at the super crazy speed! The rest of her team's members who are driving also performed the same trick as well. And soon, all members of the Dark Horses managed to escape the Undercity by scaling the city's outer wall with their anti-gravity vehicles!

Once outside, they all drive into one of the biggest caverns before them and drive away into the darkness with you and the other captives that they just liberated.
