Chapter 48

Where does Damon go?
Back home.
As Damon passed through the Gate, he returned to his obsidian palace, finding his present wives, Dirpe, Ember, and Lorelai, asleep in a pile of gold.
As he arrived, he chose to not disturb them, instead deciding to go on the third Isekai Expansion Quest.
And with a familiar flash of light, he departed from his home, not even a minute after he’d arrived.
…
As he arrived in the unfamiliar place, he realized he hadn’t even read the quest, so he looked at it now.

And as he read it, he was shocked.
He couldn’t destroy an ENTIRE kingdom. Specifically, a PEACEFUL one? Why would it ask him to do that?
As Damon began pacing around, he leaned against a tree, and began creating thousands of nearly microscopic Constructs, sending them every which way, and viewing the world through them, he found the kingdom quickly.
As he teleported within the kingdom’s confines, he began pacing through the, again, peaceful grounds, as many who saw him, greeted him kindly, none of the usual Elven prejudice, as Damon was pondering the absurdly curt explanation of the quest, and as he was considering possible loopholes, he heard the voice of an Elf, obviously, speaking on a matter of great importance.
“We have just received news of an immense army coming upon our borders, less than a fortnight shall pass, and the army of a hundred thousand Orcs, an equal number of Trolls, Goliaths, and many other monsters of the Demon King.” The Elven man stopped speaking, as he looked around, speaking to an empty corner of the room, shocking the rest of the Elven council, “Good Sir, please come out… We mean you no harm, and if you are an ally, we shall reward you greatly for your aid.”
And to the continued shock of the council, Damon replied, “Ok… Deal.” As Damon’s fifteen foot tall form appeared before them, continuing to speak, “I was sent here to destroy your kingdom… Not by a mere Demon King, but by a God… Now, I don’t think he’d want me to actually destroy it, but if this world is destined for the rule of the Demon King, maybe I should just move it to my world…” He spoke openly, as the council were shocked stupid by his absurd statements, but as they were about to address it, an Elven Seer confirmed his words, drawing them to silence.
The first Elven man he had heard spoke to him now, “Umm… Good Sir, I don’t mean to doubt your abilities, but are you talking about moving the ENTIRE Kingdom to another world?” He asked incredulously.
“Yep… If you agree, I could start now. It would only take a couple hours. Probably. If you agree, that is…” He posited, drawing silence, but after a brief conversation, they agreed.
“We place our trust in you, Good Sir… Please take care of my people.” He asked sincerely.
“I promise to take great care in this…” And as he said this, Damon, with gazes posted at every aspect of the sprawling forest Kingdom, he cast Proctiv’s Move Mountain, and after a moment of nothing happening, a sudden shift occurred, not strong enough to harm anybody, but strong enough to feel throughout the surrounding areas, as the approaching army was made aware of the absurdly large, oddly flying structure, expecting some kind of attack, but they prepared for no reason, as the forest continued flying into the air.
After spending 300,000,000 Mana, over the course of an hour, he’d brought the immense Kingdomscape thousands of feet into the air, and after a brief pondering on the limits of the Gate ring, as he tossed it through a sudden portal, and it expanded, and expanded, and after minutes and minutes of waiting, its expansion halted, as it was many thousands of miles wide. And equally as tall.
And then, the continental forest Kingdom began traveling through it, as an hour passed, then two, then three, and finally the Kingdom reached his world, as it began connecting to his own continental mass in the sky.
As the Gate began closing, he received a notification, which made him smile.

So it DIDN’T want him to destroy the kingdom? That’s good. As Damon was thinking to himself, he began glowing a golden hue, before disappearing from this world.
What to do.
