Chapter 17 by Zeebop Zeebop

What has Moonstone done to Sue Storm?

Sue Storm Has Normalized Kissing Women

The Invisible Woman strode confidently through the streets of New York. It was so clear now in her mind. Kissing was natural. It wasn't cheating. All of the care and worries she'd had seemed to melt off of her shoulders. She felt so free, now that Dr. Stone had helped her put the issue into context. What a silly goose she had been.

A part of Sue wanted to go right back to the massage parlor and talk to Nairobi. To assure her that it was okay, that Sue understood. Except that was when Sue's communicator began to blare. The Invisible Woman didn't even break stride as she began to rise on invisible columns above the street traffic, taking the high road to the Baxter Building.

She glanced down at the communicator.

Someone named the Mole Queen was invading Manhattan from below.

"That's...kind of new," Sue muttered to herself as she quickly skated on invisible skates down a nearly frictionless slide that caused her to pick up impressive speed. Down below, most New Yorkers didn't even look up to see the blonde woman flying overheard, legs pumping, breaking a speed record, then braking hard as an invisible platform lifted her up to her bedroom window, which opened at the touch of a control on her communicator.

Getting changed into her Fantastic Four costume took less than a minute. By the time Sue was running toward the bay where the Fantasticar was warming up, she saw Alicia Masters, guiding the children into the living room to watch a movie.

"Alicia! Hi! Gotta run! Saving the city!" Sue blurted. She barely paused as she passed to plant a quick kiss on the blind woman's lips before tearing off to save the day.

Leaving behind her a very flustered Alicia and two goggle-eyed children.

"Mommy just kissed Aunt Alicia!" Val said.

"Gross," Franklin said, being of that age.

The blind woman touched her lips. She had felt, however briefly, Sue Storm's tongue slip into her mouth. With an effort, Alicia took control of herself and turned back to the living room, using her stick to guide her around furniture. Franklin's legos were like little landmines.

"Yes, she did," Alicia confirmed as she found the remote. "And your mommy and I are going to have a very long talk about that when she gets back from saving the city, or the world, or whatever."

How does the Fantastic Four's battle with the Mole Queen go?
