A New Bank Policy

Just in case Robin or either of the Rodriguez women came in I asked Lisa if we could go somewhere private to talk about the checks. Lisa led me to what I would have called a private library, since every wall was covered with bookcases full of books. This was my first time in her presence and I had to say for an older woman Lisa gave off a sexy confident vibe that was attracting me to her.

She motioned me into the room, closing the door behind herself. “So Mrs. Carver, I deposited the checkers with my bank who said due to the amount of ‘bounced’ checks they would send a copy to the issuing bank to make sure it clears. So I told the bank to wait until all three current checks were cleared before cashing them!”

“Well that seems a more plausible reason than my friends and daughter saying that you might have decided to give me a rent reduction which I have never asked for!” Then Lisa gave me a coy little smile. “I don’t suppose that you would be willing to talk about something like that, would you?” Licking her lips as her eyes checked me out from head to toe, taking a little longer to go past my crotch!

“I’m willing to listen to any ideas as long as are willing to earn such a reduction that gives me reasons for shorting my mortgages, taxes and repair budgets!”

“OH, I never thought along those lines, I was thinking more along the lines of you letting me earn the rent reduction by letting you sexually control me!”
