The meeting with lunches between the Circle of Five takes place at the Sullivan family's manor.

Sometime after you had your breakfast, the heads of the other major families in the Axeman City arrived at the manor of the Sullivan family have been invited by Mr. Sullivan to have lunches with him yesterday after he learned of what happened at the new home provided by his family to the Williams family.

Once they are welcome inside and brought to their seats, Mr. Sullivan ordered his butler to have the servants served them their lunches, which are steaks from meats from pygmy bison with some veggies and mashed potatoes.

And as they are eating, Patrick also brought up the subject of what happened at the new household of the Williams family yesterday to them. And as he expected, the mention of such a topic soured the mood and beginning to make them lose their appetites.

"I know that this is not the right time and place to mention such a tragedy. But for the sake of ourselves and everyone in this city, I have to." Patrick said as he's putting his fork down and wipe his mouth with a napkin provided by his African-American butler.

"After all, no ones wanted this to happen again, am I correct?" Patrick said as he's looking at the fellow members of the Circle of Five, who all nodded in agreement.

"So here is my theory about how did this happen. As we all know, Port Williams just survived an onslaught recently and because of this miraculous survival, those whitestarists have now gained a lot more recruits. And because of this, they became bolder and began attacking trade caravans heading to Port Williams for loots, slaves and to spread their hateful ideology by gaining more and more victories. Not to mention that their hateful propaganda has been seeping through the minds of the folks in our city as well." Patrick said as he's slicing a piece of steak with his fork and knife.

"So you wanted to strike now, I presumed?" One of the members of the Circle of Five asked him back.

"Indeed! If they became bolder and manage to seize Port Williams, they will definitely used it against us! And to ensure such a victory, the possibility of them sowing discord among ourselves is high."

"What are you saying, Mr. Sullivan?" Another member of the Circle of Five asked him back.

"I am saying that what happened yesterday is not a coincidence. It was an **** attempt! No, an attempt to commit a massacre against the Williams family!" Patrick said before he puts the meat he just sliced off into his mouth and chew it.

"And you believed that the Jacksonians are behind this?" The same member of the Circle of Five who asked him earlier asked him once again.

"That is correct! And while I have no evidences to support this, the timing is just too right. They began their raids against the trade caravans heading to Port Williams just a few months after Port Williams survived a siege and then, three thugs have been hired to kill the Williams family in an attempt to sow discord among us. Plus, if we allowed them to continue on like this. So who else near our city has an agenda to expand their influence? Plus, they may already attacked the trade caravans leaving Port Williams with our goods for loots already as well." Patrick asked them back, hoping to be able to convince them that the inhabitants of the Jackson Fortress is behind what happened yesterday at the new home of the Williams family.

"Tell me this, Mr. Sullivan. Why the Orange Kingdom did not get suspect too?" One of the Circle of Five's members asked him back, curious about why the Orange Kingdom is not being suspected at all.

"And what will they gained by doing this? After all, they have a lot to lose as well if those whitestarists managed to take control of the rivers." Patrick replied back to them with a logical answer.

And after hearing such a logic, the rest of the Circle of Five cannot helped but agreeing with the head of the Sullivan family. As businessmen, they needed to protect their interests. If the goods heading out of Port Williams to other destinations ended up getting raided by these whitestarists from the Jackson Fortress, they will lose a lot of money. And what Patrick said was also quite correct. The timing is just too right! They began their raids just a few months after Port Williams survived a massacre and then three thugs suddenly attempted to kill the Williams family's members! These events cannot be coincident!

So after eating some more foods and talking among themselves, the rest of the Circle of Five comes to the conclusion. The inhabitants of the Jackson Fortress needed to be dealt with! Either by completely annihilating them or to **** them to accept the treaty on their terms.

And so, the Sullivan family and the Orange Kingdom finally get the war that they desired so that the Orange Kingdom can either perform the expansion or to spread its sphere of influence all over the three rivers!

After they had eaten their lunches and desserts, Mr. Sullivan politely bidden them farewells and safe journeys back to their manors. Once they are gone, he headed for his office and begin to write the letter to King James II of the Orange Kingdom about the recent developments and the request for the troops and the fleet to help defend Port Williams from the raids launched by the inhabitants of the Jackson Fortress and even the possibility of going on the offensive against them in the upcoming war.
