Caught By Our Parents

Thank god Lynn had amazing reflexes. Before anything else could come out, Lynn had the blanket up and around our shoulders.

“Lynn, Jim are you kids here?”

Fuck there was no mistaking mom voice and lately where she was it was expected that Mr. Webber was sure to be. I bent over to try to get my pants and t-shirt before mom came any closer to the loft. Lynn did likewise, losing the cover of the blanket when I bent down taking the blanket with me. But neither of us were ready for what happened next.

“Relax Mary it appears that neither of them are here, Oh my god!”

From the top of the stairs, Mr. Webber stopped as he saw his daughter groping the floor, naked, and me covered with a blanket picking up my pants.

“Owen, what is it?”

“Er, I can’t believe the mess one of them left the bed in the loft!”

Christ, I knew what mom was like. She would rush right up here to see for herself and right on cue…

“Oh my god tell me the pair of you are fully clothed?”

I have to give Mr. Webber credit, he didn’t say anything, just turned and ushered mom back downstairs so Lynn and I could finish getting dressed. Once done I let Lynn go down first, then counted to ten before following. Once my feet touched the floor, mom opened up.

“James Anthony Turner, you better have a damn good reason for being in the loft with Owen’s daughter?’

Oh god I was trapped, I couldn’t lie to mom and I didn’t want to drop Lynn into the fire breath that was going to come from mom. I knew that I was going to get killed if I told the truth and the other would kill me if I didn’t tell the truth!

“Well mister I’m waiting!”

Her foot already tapping and her skin turning a slight red color as the inner fire began building. I looked to Lynn and she seemed to be having her own inner fight about what she was going to tell her father.

“Mom, Lynn and I have been dating since the mid spring this year!”

I really thought that Mom would have been the one to explode

“Lynn Marie Webber, I thought you said you were too busy to date on campus?”
