Sana and I still moved through the many, many long hallways of this place. It was like super big and stuff so it took a long time and it was also very boring, I mean it’s just so many hallways!

I had a smart idea and asked Sana if she knew where she came from. But sadly she had no idea.

But that’s like, not a surprise. Because this place doesn’t have stairs. Instead you have to step on these plate thingies and they kinda bring you to all kinds places. There’s like stuff written on them but it’s like gibberish and like I’m not that stupid. I can still read stuff but this is like written not in my language.

Sana did know some stuff about this place. Like it’s called Ylapu but most of it was totally not true. But like this isn’t even the real place right? It’s just some copy the labyrinth made so what Sana does know isn’t really useful anyways.

Isn’t this like kinda bad? I need to fight against Minerva in like a day or so, I can’t really run around naked here forever. And then I had that plan with Femto, I think? Ugh…I don’t really remember it but I definitely need to get back fast.

“You didn’t find one of those return thingies?”, I asked but Sana shook her head.

“There was no time to search for them, my Lady. We had to hurry and find you!”

I nodded. That makes sense.

“M-My Lady?”

Sana stared at me. She has like that look in her eyes. Ugh...just because I’m like a girl doesn’t mean she needs to look down on me.

“C-cute…”, Sana said and gasped. “M-My Lady...your very cute.”

“I’m not cute”, I responded quickly. “Don’t get the wrong idea, Sana. I’m still your Master, got it?”

Sana nodded quickly. “Yes, my Lady! You are my very cute master!”

I shoot her a glare. “Remind me to, like, spank Sylphid later.”

“But my Lady, this timing is most fortuitous!”,

Sana pointed at a corner, there was, like, a little hole in the wall and there was chest there, like a treasure chest. It looked kinda all fancy and stuff but it was definitely a treasure chest with treasure stuffed inside.

“Hmph! You want me to like open this?”

“We must, my Lady! We are in dire need of returnwoods! And we will get uh...a lot now!”

Hmmm…

I was thinking hardly.

Maybe we get a bunch of these returnwood thingies? That would be super helpful. And I’m the best so like I have to open it, right?

So, I did. Maybe this time I get like lucky and it isn’t trapped?

I must say.

This song and dance was starting to get rather old.

“Sanakia, I am endeavoring to attain knowledge upon the passage of time that has elapsed since my most recent loss of consciousness.”

“How long was I asleep?”

“Five minutes! Definitely not more then five minutes...give or take. You were very cute when sleeping, m-may I pet you?”

I glared at the raucous Sexy-Knight and stood up. “You may not. We squandered enough of my precious time as it is. Our primary objective remains the same: To immediately locate those fools Sylphid and Lucky and vacate this place at our earliest convenience.”

“My Lady”, Sanakia gasped. “You still talk all funny!”

That should go without saying.

After all my brain capacity just went from the equivalent of an air-headed adolescent girl to a distinguished and well learned professor.

To be frank with you, I am astounded my Grey matter has not underwent spontaneous combustion already. But then again, I perhaps should not sell myself short. I was always pretty smart.

“But I kinda liked you better like that”, the Sexy-Knight mumbled.

I most certainly did not. That said, it should be noted that my intelligence was currently further doubled by the “Pervert Power” blessing. It thus follows that If were to clad myself in normal attire once more, my intellect would return to a more dim state. Alternatively, the Kyan-Kyan suit would have the same effect.

That would not be ideal, however. After all, that arrogance curse might prove to be an issue. Right now, my brilliant mind is more then capable of rejecting these vices, alas my dimmer self might not be so fortunate.

At any rate, I pulled a fawning Sanakia back to the nearest teleportation terminal. This was merely a theory I wished to verify but indubitably enough, the aforementioned gibberish was now quite readable to my learned self.

“What does it say, my Lady?”, my Galmon compatriot asked.

Well, I could read it. However...

It would perhaps be more accurate to say that I simply used Syntax to translate the script into the common tongue. Nothing extraordinary, really. Anyone with an INT stat above 60 should be capable of performing such a basic task.

Of course, this is a mere translation, thus context may be lost. Still, I believe we have enough clues for me to make some educated guesses pertaining to the function of these places.

“It says here that we are currently in Research core, B2F”, I informed my companion. “Do you have any notion on what this could mean?”

“Hmm…”, the Galmon scowled. “I believe we should head for the Holy casket that sounds...important!”

Oh you gullible Galmon, you just picked that one because it has the word holy in it, did you not?

Regrettably for eager Sanakia, that place was restricted. As was almost anything else. The only destinations we could access where the first three levels of Supply, all of Buoyancy and the first level of research.

Well, this at least solves the mystery on how the Sexy-Knight managed to find me that swiftly.

And of course we could also continue our exploration of this current floor.

As such, it begs the question.
