What do you do?

Central Statue to Hestia

You see at the far end of the temple, bound to be at least 40 feet tall, a statue of a shawled woman, sitting behind a large bronze bowl, fire burning within it. Though the fire is obviously stone or metal due to its lack of motion, it seems to have been enchanted to appear to move, colors over parts of the flames changing as a real fire's flames would, color bands traveling up various flames in the bowl. Her shawl parts slightly around the bowl, and you see a toga beneath the shawl. Her face is rather demure, hair a chestnut brown and eyes staring gently into the temple. In front of her bowl, albeit much below, is a much smaller version of the bowl, with an actual fire in it - and Old Man Antonio stands, next to the bowl, performing the occasional ritual or talking quietly with a visitor or acolyte.
