What do you change next?

Overweight ---> Slender muscular build

"Ok. If it works this well, how about something more." You change the overweight prompt into slender muscular build. With such a body you would perfectly fit into the gym. And you would definitively be better received by the girls than your current overweight self.

The room around you begins to twirl. As it stopps, the weightliftig gear has changed into treadmills. But that doesn't matter. What matters is your body having become really muscular and well-toned, as if you have been hitting the gym for years. Not that your hoody changed colors again into blue or that you are suddenly holding your phone with your left hand.
