I muse on 'my' memories and ponder. I desire to pursue this thread further. What makes a vampire? Story, fiction, rumor, dogma, fear. Memories colored by all these things and more cloud 'my' mind, such that it seems 'I' do not, indeed, have any real idea what a real vampire is like to begin with. Well, that was not perhaps as helpful as I would envision. No matter: I shall simply pick one such thought at random. If it does not match, then I shall make it so.

Thus, 'Dark Blue Skin' writes its way into the core of 'my' being.

It is indeed quite dark and quite blue, although I would contest that it is more dark than blue, I do not quite mind. Curiously, it would seem some unforeseen effects have also occurred. 'My' ears have become pointed, and 'my' eyes turned crimson and 'my' hair lost some of its color and grown more pale.

Curious, interesting, and permissible: All of these things line up with memories 'I' possess describing vampires, so I feel no need to fuss over them. Gently, I quell the anxiety which has spiked within 'my' heart and consider what to do next...
