Medium Breasts ---> Incredibly Top Heavy

I wonder what else should I change. I know I can do so much more with the power that I'm finding myself with. Whenever I'm reading the prompts my eyes keep focusing on medium breasts. I always liked TL's forms, but maybe I could make her even more to my likings. I rewrote the words into incredibly top heavy and braced myself at another reality shift.

Lilly has lost the collar shirt again, opting for a more frilly top, and she is now at her desk. If her tits have really been enhanced I cannot really tell from this pose, but maybe I can change that.
