My next door neighbor, Lucas

When I arrived to my house, I had noticed the sounds of woodworking happening next door. As far as I know, my neighbor next door is an out-of-work carpenter. He is a widower, having lost his wife some ten years ago. I vaguely remember him attending my graduation ceremony and out of the kindness of her heart, my mom tried to match my neighbor with one of her single friends. It wasn’t that he wasn’t attractive. He’s an older gentleman around the age of my father. While there had been silver in his hair as of late, he still keeps up his physique. Sadly, I’ve never seen him without his shirt off, until today.

I took a peek of what he was up to. Apparently, a windstorm had blew the fence between his house and ours and to save them money, he tasked himself with rebuilding the fence. Today was not a particularly hot day, but lo and behold, as I looked out of the window facing my neighbor’s house, I see Lucas wearing nothing but a pair of jeans and a tool belt. His dark skin is unblemished, yet he has already worked up a good sweat working in the shade of my house, cast by the afternoon sun.

I wonder why we haven’t seen him with any company. He is old enough to have kids, but I don’t think he raised any with his late wife. He might have a nephew or niece somewhere in the family, but I rarely had noticed any visitation. Maybe he’s dealing some other kind of trauma or drama in his life. He is likely to busy himself with his work, having no time to dedicate to his social life.

And how would he respond to a random young woman approaching him? Would he be friendly or standoffish? I would probably need a reason to approach him. Or to be outside in the first place. If I am to have a chance with my neighbor, I’d have to plan this out. And that starts with my outfit.

I immediately take a Pink Basic and once I’m Charlene, I open up my stash of female clothes.
