New Friends

Do you remember at the start of the story, I introduced Emily and May? No. Can't say I blame you.

Well I'm bringing it up now for a reason.

Anyway, this is May.

And this is Emily

The reason I'm bringing them up is because the two of them are about to become very important to the story.

I was at the store with Jasmine. We were getting our weekly groceries when I saw the two of them talking nearby.

Yes, they're cute, but I'm not going to bother them out of the blue. However, I will start to bother them when they are clearly being followed by a stranger. I wasn't sure who this guy was, but it was clear the two girls didn't either.

"Jasmine, I wish that guy would go away" I whispered to my genie, who gave me a smirk.

You see, she granted my wish, but not how I wanted her too.

"Hey, can you help us out?" asked May as they walked up to us.

"Um, sure" I said as I quickly glared at the man.

"There's something we need, but it's too heavy" said Emily, although it was clear she was nervous.

But like I said, Jasmine granted my wish. The guy left.

"Are you guys ok?" I asked them once he was gone, making May sigh.

"Yeah, we're fine. He's been following us for a while though" said May. Wow, that's really creepy.

"Why don't you girls stick with us for now. You should be safer" said Jasmine. I knew she has an alternative motive, but she is right. They would be safer with us. May looked at Emily, who looked scared.

"Yeah, that's probably for the best. Thanks" she said.

So, we just continued shopping and hoping to never see that guy again.
