"It's alright... Hailey," you said, her name coming to your mind immediately, more of your new power. "Are you okay?"

You smiled as she ran off, knowing that she wasn't going to be human for much longer. You headed into the break room and once you were sure that everyone was gone you started making the coffee. You slipped just enough of your juices into the coffee to infect the drinkers. Enough for the two anchors, the sports guy, and the weathergirl, they would be demons soon enough.

You walked to the newsroom as the director came up to you. "Rhonda? What are you doing here? And why are you serving coffee?"

"Oh, I messed up Hailey's coffee run, so I said I'd take care of it for her," you said with a smile.

"Alright, well, whatever, they'll be happy to have their coffee at least," he said and walked off with the coffee.

You smiled as you leaned against the wall to watch as the coffee was passed out and drank. The anchorwoman, a hot blonde with a dress that showed her curves smiled as the cameras started to roll.

"Hello, and welcome to the latest news," she said with a cheery smile. "We've got the latest news today on the Lilith Strain..."
