Distraught, she calls for assistance.

A few hours later, Rachel was sitting in her house with her sister Melissa. Rachel was of course, fully clothed at this point. She had just told her sister about the whole humiliation she'd just experienced.

"So, after I posted the nude picture, everyone thought I was a guy!" She finished explaining. "There were all these comments from horny women wanting to see more, and they didn't believe I'm a woman at all!"

Rachel covered her face, mortified to be reliving it. She had called her sister for support. True, they didn't have a perfect relationship, but they were still sisters, and she needed help dealing with the humiliation she'd just endured.

"You know what you need?" Melissa said. " A makeover! That's the perfect way to feel better about yourself! It will give you the self esteem boost you need."

"I don't know..." Rachel said glumly.

"Come on, I'll pay!" Melissa volunteered.

"Sure." Rachel said glumly.

Anything beat sitting around moping. So Rachel followed her sister out of the house...
