It's not punisching. It's just toying

When you think about it, Mrs. Marlow would not appreciate physical punishment on her students. She is just too nice. Melissa was a bitch who always gives shit to everyone and never hesitated to make someone’s life miserable just for her own amusement. But Daniel is just an idiot who can’t control his big mouth. Hurting him would be too much. But maybe you can find a way to stop him from disturbing class with his rude comments.

Carefully you open your book under the table and look at it when nobody sees you. There is a chapter called >Prankspells and -curses, grade 1<. Looking at it, you see a lot of funny and mostly harmless ideas to cause mischief. There is a spell to make someone’s legs weak, one that makes everything taste very spicy, a spell that gives someone another hair color and so on. Everything only for some minutes.

What worked on Melissa should work here too. You choose a spell that is perfect for a big mouth like Daniel. A spell that makes him tell everything he thinks should last no longer than 10 minutes. Considering you are just an amateur, probably much less.

Carefully you whisper the spell and focus on Daniel. You have to repeat it because it doesn’t work on the first try. But suddenly you see a thin, green fog emerging from your hand. You try to hide it, but nobody seems to notice. The fog makes his way slowly but straight to Daniel and he breathes it in without noticing anything. You watch Daniel expectant but for a moment he just seems to be bored. His eyes are glued on the ass of the girl in front of him.

But suddenly he just opens his mouth and says: “Why the fuck has Gina’s hot ass to be covered in a jeans. That’s unfair.”

The whole Class looks at Daniel. Even Mrs. Marlow turns around surprised.

“What the fuck?” Gina asks angry, “keep your eyes on your notes you pervert!”

“What the … I … I didn’t want to say this loud,” Daniel gasps shocked, “I … well I mean it is true, but I … why am I saying this?”

“Hey, you stay away from my girl!” A boy to your left says angry, “I don’t care what is wrong in your head, but she is with me and you leave her alone!”

“Oh, sure, as if I would be scared by a nobody like you,” Daniel mumbles, “I have no Idea what a hot ass girl like Gina sees in a looser like you.”

Daniel immediately puts his hand on his mouth, as if this would help him anyway. Gina’s boyfriend looks like he is about to jump up and punch Daniel in front of everyone. And Gina looks like she would want to see it. But to Daniels luck, or probably the opposite, Mrs. Marlow steps in and puts her hand gently but firm on the shoulder of Gina’s boyfriend.

“Daniel, last warning,” Mrs. Marlow warns him angry, “stop talking during the lesson! Especially insults against your fellow classmates! One more insult and we spend an afternoon in detention, young man.”

“Detention with the hottest milf in school?” Daniel jokes, “sounds more like a reward.”

Daniel gets in panic and holds his mouth with both his hands. Everyone around must consider him crazy by now.

“Oh, does it?” Mrs. Marlow asks and crosses her arms, “then congratulations. You will spend next Friday afternoon with the other jokers. And now be quiet and stop whatever you are doing there!”

“I … I can’t … I mean … I don’t know …,” Daniel stutters very uncomfortable but seems suddenly relieved, “I … I’m sorry.”

Mrs. Marlow goes back to the front of the classroom and continues her lecture with her eyes on Daniel now. Gina and her boyfriend watch him also in despise. The rest of the class, except you, is just confused what has happened. The spell worked well. It was a bit short, probably two or three minutes only, but you are an amateur and the result is just fine.
