Yulia casts identify immediately on the robot.

"Vitriol Mk I, designed specifically for combat and capture of criminal elements. It is a much newer model, in fact only one was ever finished, the one you are facing right now. It's specially designed body is fully sealed and shielded making it almost indestructible, it is immune to heat, cold, electricity and heavily resistant to most physical damage. Only excessive blunt damage or more modernized anti-machine weaponry is capable of dealing damage to it. As well it's tentacles are capable of easily capturing targets and then shocking them into submission. It's multiple eyes are capable of focusing on various things at once, making it easily capable of dealing with multiple foes at a time," the identify spell returns.

"Oh good, it's practically indestructible," Yulia mutters.

"I heard a good word in there," Lri responds.

"What?"

"Practically," she says.

Yulia hesitates, but then nods. She casts blizzard as at the same time Lri creates an illusion of Yulia casting Blizzard. The results are terrifying, but effective. The Vitriol immediately lashes out, it's tentacle slamming into the Illusion Yulia as the blizzard starts up, the illusion of course is unnaffected, but dispelled by the attack and Yulia winces, that blow looked quite powerful, if it had been actually her, she'd probably have a few broken bones. Luckily her next spell should remedy that as she hits the Vitriol with Undermine as Lri casts another illusion Yulia, this time the blow is a lot slower, but no less effective, especially as a bright and loud spark explodes along the tentacle as it strikes. Yulia considers it very lucky that she can still target a veiled Lri with Energize and does so. Lri sets about using her new strength, slashing with Blood Drinker would be unlikely to have much effect, so instead Lri aims to slam the hilt into it's eyes, a move that proves extremely effective with her enhanced strength. The eyes shattering. Of course attacking causes Lri to unveil and she just barely manages to dodge a tentacle that slams down towards her. The Undermine making the robot just barely slow enough for Lri to avoid. Yulia begins to hit it with **** lance and Icicle, the piercing power of Icicle isn't too effective, but a large block of solid ice slamming into it is still effective enough.

The fight is going surprisingly smoothly, it seems likely they're going to win. A sudden whirring noise attracts Yulia's attention though as a camera in the workshop swivels and looks directly at her. It's clear it can see her despite being cloaked, a chill runs down Yulia's spine.

The door to the workshop bursts open as four Jasper robots enter and target Yulia, clearly able to see her. Lri luckily manages to perform a finishing blow on the Vitriol that sends it down for the count as the Jasper's open fire on Yulia. Luckily the blizzard is still just as effective on them now as it was previously and the stun shots are turned away from Yulia by the Cloak of Turbulent Waves. The Jaspers attempt to get closer after their stun attempt failed, but energized Lri and a few well placed **** Lances, take them out.

The Jasper's are destroyed, but the camera is still focused on Yulia. Maple manages to untangle herself from the destroyed Vitriol's Tentacle.

"The Directive has found us," she says as she runs over to the machine.

"I figured," Yulia responds.

"It's going to send more and worse if we remain here, but I have a plan, if you can hold them off," Maple suggests.

"I don't know if that's a good idea," Lri suggests.

"I wanted to do this under better circumstances, but trust me!" Maple yells as she starts up the machine.

"I don't know if we can hold any more off just the two of us, especially if the cloak won't work on the Directive," Yulia says.

"I can do this... I just need a bit of time," Maple responds.

"I don't know what you're doing, but I don't think it's worth the risk, we should retreat, we can come back later!" Lri yells.

"The Directive will set up more defenses, we'll have to fight our way here again if we leave now!" Maple argues.

Yulia looks between the two. The blizzard and energize are still in effect, there's no telling what the Directive will send, but this might be their best chance, or this might be a disastrous risk that gets them all captured.
