You have to wait in this underground room.

You hope that what happened is just a misunderstanding and that you will soon be released from this closed room. You wait about a couple of hours.

However, nothing happens. You only hear the unintelligible conversations of the dwarves in the adjacent rooms. No dwarves enter your locked room.

You decide to continue waiting, but after several more hours have passed, you have not seen any change in your position.

You decided to rest. You lay down on the wooden bed and soon you fell asleep.

Due to the **** fatigue that arose due to your participation in the loading work, you quickly fell into a deep sleep.

When you woke up, you couldn’t understand how much time had passed. After all, there were no windows in this room. You couldn't tell whether it was day or night. But you could assume that your sleep lasted many hours - after all, fatigue and pain in your muscles became much weaker.

You tried to shout for one of the dwarves to come and explain to you what was happening. However, your attempts were unsuccessful. No one came into this closed room. Your **** wait for many hours continued.

You were lying on the bed and you were looking aimlessly at the stone ceiling.

Finally, you heard the sound of locks and bolts opening on the massive oak door.

You jumped out of bed. Two armed dwarves entered the rooms. The points of their halberds were pointed threateningly in your direction.

You tried to find out at least something: “What the fuck is going on here? When will someone explain to me the shit that’s happening to me?”

One of the dwarves grumbled: "Shut up, half-orc! Shut your filthy mouth!"

Then a third dwarf entered the room. He was not armed. He put a large plate with some liquid on the table. He also placed an earthenware jug on the table.

After that, all three dwarves left the room. You heard the door being closed from the outside again. So, you are again alone in this locked room, you still do not know anything about the reasons for the events taking place.

You felt your stomach growl from hunger. Indeed, you haven’t eaten for a long time and you are hungry.

You approached the table. In a large plate was poured some kind of foul-smelling stew, in which pieces of some kind of meat and pieces of something else were floating. But you were so hungry that you easily overcame the feeling of disgust. You ate all this stew in ten minutes. The taste of the stew was as unpleasant as its smell. But at least you have temporarily satisfied your hunger.

You thought: “Judging by the taste, there were pieces of some kind of mushroom in this stew. And the meat was clearly not very fresh. This meat tastes like veal.”

You then examined the clay jug. There was some liquid in this jug. You tasted this liquid and you realized that it was ordinary water. You drank all that water.

So, your stay in this room continued.

You didn’t understand exactly how much time had passed. But now it was clear to you that your problem could not be solved quickly.

After many hours, you were again **** to fall asleep on the wooden bed.

The next day of your stay in this inhospitable place was similar to the previous days: waiting for many hours, eating little food and water. However, there was one important difference: at the end of the day, two armed dwarven warriors came into the room.

One of them told you: “Now you will come with us. Get out of bed! Quickly! And don’t do anything stupid! There are dozens of warriors in this building.”

You went with those dwarves. You didn't have to go far. These dwarves escorted you to one of the rooms, which was located on the top (probably the third) floor of this tower.

You saw several oak tables and chairs in this large room. Along the walls were several cabinets with books and scrolls. An elderly dwarf was sitting in a chair at one of the tables. He was dressed in a dark leather camisole. His face was covered with wrinkles. His head was bald and his beard and mustache were gray. You noticed one feature of his appearance: his eyes had different colors (one of his eyes was dark brown, and his other eye was gray).

At a small table near the wall you see a young female dwarf. You can't see her in detail because she's bending over a scroll and writing something.

This elderly dwarf told you: "I am the interrogator for your case. My name is Togrun Zeid. State your name, place of birth and occupation. This is required for the official record of the interrogation."

You say: “My name is Ulkin Nordane. I was born in the small town of Ranelborg, which is located in the northeast of the continental domain of the Sacred Kingdom of Orlania. I work as a guard for a caravan that is heading to the dwarven city of Dreigrul. By the way, you must let me go quickly so as not to delay the movement of the caravan!

The interrogator dwarf says: "You don't have to worry about the caravan's movement, Ulkin. Our border guards checked all the things carried in this caravan several more times. Yesterday this caravan went further along its route. The owner of the caravan has proven that he is not involved in the crime you committed. And so he got off with just paying a fine."

You are amazed at this dwarf's words.

You shout indignantly: “What is this absurdity!? I didn’t commit any crimes! Because of some of your idiotic inventions, I lost my job!?”

Togrun Zeid says in a threatening tone: “I don’t advise you to shout and make trouble. Otherwise, I can call the guard soldiers and they will escort you to the cell. You will stay in this cell for many days. Or weeks. And if you continue to demonstrate persistent unwillingness to cooperate with the investigation, then the conditions of your detention in the cell may deteriorate very significantly. So, I will ask you an important questions: are you ready to fully cooperate with me, are you ready to provide me with maximum information, are you ready to fulfill my demands?"
