Chapter 29 by Trom1806 Trom1806

So, what is your answer to this interrogator dwarf?

You decide that you should cooperate with the investigation.

You believe that your situation is already extremely uncomfortable. You clearly need to make your situation easier and, for this, you need to fulfill the demands of this interrogator dwarf.

You answer: “I agree to fulfill your demands and answer your questions in as much detail as possible.”

You see Togrun Zeid looking intently into your eyes. He squints slightly and he strokes his gray beard.

The dwarf interrogator then says to you: "It's good that you made a smart decision. If you voluntarily provide information necessary for the investigation during interrogations, then I probably will not have to use forceful measures against you. So, now we will begin the interrogation - sit down , Ulkin."

The dwarf gestured to the wooden chair that was near his desk.

You sat down on this chair. You felt that this old and creaky chair was quite uncomfortable, unlike the chair in which the interrogator dwarf sat.

Togrun Zeid said a short phrase to a young female dwarf who was sitting at a small table near the wall in a local dwarven language that was unfamiliar to you. You saw how this female dwarf began to write something faster on the scroll that was lying on her table.

The interrogator dwarf then began asking you questions regarding your origins. This persistent and meticulous dwarf was interested in a wide variety of and seemingly insignificant things. You told him about the town of Ranelborg, where you were born and raised. You told him about your mother, about your childhood years, about your relationship with the people of the city of Ranelborg. You have described in detail to this dwarf interrogator how you applied for a job as a caravan guard.

Among other things, Togrun Zeid asked you: “Why did you choose this particular caravan and not any other caravan?”

You replied: “Trader Jodaz's caravan was scheduled to take the longest route compared to the alternative routes of other caravans that departed that day from the city of Ranelborg. I decided that it would be more profitable for me to be hired as a caravan guard specifically for merchant Jodaz's caravan because - because the longer the route, the greater the payment for the caravan guards."

Togrun Zeid nodded and said quietly, “You were driven by motives of maximizing personal gain. Well, that’s quite logical. So, what happened after you were hired as a guard for the caravan of the merchant Jodaz?”

You began to talk about every day of your caravan's journey. You described in detail your journey from the city of Ranelborg to the fortified city of Teinlund. When your story began to concern the events that happened to you in the city of Teinlund, you became slightly embarrassed. This did not go unnoticed.

The interrogator dwarf frowned sternly and said, "Don't try to hide anything from me. What matters to your life is how truthful you are."

You say: “Perhaps some of the events that happened to me in the city of Teinlund are too intimate.”

Togrun Zeid: "It doesn't matter. Any information can be useful for the investigation. Even the most intimate information."

You sighed. You understand that you will have to talk about your sexual adventures in the city of Teinlund. You begin to talk about an unexpected invitation to a party of human aristocrats. You then recount in great detail your visit to the mansion of Baroness Linegarn, your participation in a licentious, perverted, sexual orgy involving noble human aristocrats.

Togrun Zeid listens to you carefully. Sometimes he asks you short clarifying questions. From time to time he says something in the local dwarven language that you do not understand. You hear a young female dwarf answering something in the same language.

You told the interrogator dwarf about the events that happened to you after your caravan left the city of Teinlund. You described in detail your relationships with the human merchant Jodaz, dwarf Belknab, and elf Traeliorn.

So, the interrogation continued for many hours in a row.

You felt tired from the interrogator dwarf's persistent questions and from having to sit in this uncomfortable, old, creaky chair.

Finally, the interrogation ended.

Two dwarven warriors entered the room again and they escorted you to your cell.

In your cell you ate and drank a little. And then you went to bed.

The next three weeks were extremely monotonous for you. Every day you went to the interrogator dwarf's office to participate in interrogations. Sometimes you realized that the interrogator dwarf's questions were repeated. But you were **** to describe in detail the events that happened to you again and again.

At the end of the third week, something happened to you that broke the monotonous routine of your imprisonment.

What event happened to you?
