Mom

suddenly the door opened and sako's mom entered dressed inone of her usual work suits followed by two men in suit too.

Sako's mom was diligently talking to them, they seemed to be some kind of important clients, sako's mom was surprised to see sako there, a bit annoyed too, having her pijamas clad daughter watching kdramas in the middle of a important conversation was not good for business, the clients looked at sako, they were two men in their 40's, they smiled at sako.

Sako was shocked to see them there, her mother hadn't told her that today was a meeting day, and to make matters worse she was still in her pijamas.

Her mom approached her and said.

"Why are you in your pijamas dear?"

Sako tried to respond but only some unintelligible stutter came out of her mouth.

"Sako this is a very important business, you need to leave the house in this very moment and don't come back at least past 2 hours"

Sako looked at her mom, she knew there was no arguing about it, her mother was strict and when she said something she had to obey it.

"And this is my daughter sako, she's about to go visit a friend" said sako's mom to her clients as she led sako to the exit.

"Yes" replied sako to the clients and exited the house, the door was closed shut behind her, leaving her outside.

Sako sighed and put her hands in her pockets.

"I left my phone at home!"

Sako was annoyed, but she was used to it, her mom always did stuff like that, and even though she wasn't supposed to leave the house her mom had already said that and her word was final.

Sako had no other option than to walk around.

But in the other hand, wasn't it unfair? Why couldn't she be at home? It was her home too, what if she went and firmly refused to leave? Her mom wouldn't have any other option but to leave her be, besides she was an adult too, she could just get dressed nicely and take part of an adult conversation she only needed to stand her ground.
