Moving Day

Haley Bailey stared forward as Mark manipulated her limbs to be in a fetal position. This was not strange as she was nothing more than a doll, a frozen plaything for him and Katie to enjoy. In his parent's living room there were twenty-two dolls spread about, two men and twenty women. About half were folded into the fetal pose that Mark was putting Haley in and the other half simply stood at attention with plastic over them making them simply look like storage room mannequins. This was not for some photoshoot that many of the dolls were part of, no today was moving day.

Once Haley was folded, Mark stacked her atop of Danica and Wendy who was folded similarly. Already in the fetal position on the sofa was Molly. Mark hauled the Latina and stacked her atop Haley. Four was the highest the stack could go before it became unstable. There was already a stack of four nearby that consisted of the Mission twins, Abby and Rachel. Next to that stack was stack of two that consisted of Sadie and Nadia, the curvy girls only making two stack before they became unstable. Mark had started to stack them when he realized the truck might not fit all them.

He looked over at Ashley who stood at attention in a maid's outfit while a clear plastic sheet was draped over her. She did really look like dummy in storage. Standing next to her similarly in under plastic was Justina, the track coach dressed in one of Katie's only running uniforms. He was admiring everyone under plastic when his phone chimed. It was was Katie.

“I’m outside with the truck," Katie said when he answered.

“Okay good, see you in a moment,” Mark says before hanging up. He then concentrates and freezes Time. Mark looks around and takes a deep breath. He was finally moving out on his own, well with Katie anyway.

Mark picks up Haley and carries her outside to the truck, where he loads her into the back. He wanted to load their dolls while Time was frozen least a nosey neighbor sees. Mark placed Haley in the back of the box truck, and heads to the cabin where he is treated by a frozen Katie.

“Katie start.”

Katie blinks a few times before smiling at Mark. “Well hello there handsome. I have an order of dolls I need to pick up.”

“Right this way miss”, Mark replied, playing along. He lead Katie into his parents house, and two by two, they started loading their dolls into the truck. Once all of the dolls were loaded up, they added in the clothing and accorded they had bought for them.

“It’s been a pleasure doing business with you sir.”

“As with you madame.”

Both Mark and Katie suddenly burst into laughter at their own ridiculousness.

“I do believe they are ready for their new home. Are you”, Katie asked.

“You know it,” Mark replied. “Want to do a quickie.”

A sly smile came to Katie’s face. “I thought you would never ask.” Katie then grabbed Mark by the hand and dragged him back into the house.
