A pack of strange diapers

You look inside the package to see a strange looking diapers with what seems to be yellow runes and lines meant for writing, you look inside the box more closely and see a sharpie in there as with a scrap of paper, "Write what you want to begone from your body or mind and simply use the diaper to rid of yourself from the things you wrote on it", "Rid yourself of things huh...".You quickly take the box to your room to inspect the diapers further and to contemplate what you want to write on them,
