Did ya?
It hadn’t been five minutes after George raced home and hopped in the shower that his walkie-talkie was screaming at him again. He was putting on a change of clothes that he’d found bunched up on a chair in his room when the thing called for him again. He picked it up and announced his presence, immediately his boss began screaming orders. ‘Go to building B and room 211, apparently the door is hanging half out of the frame, be quick about it.’ George sighed, wishing that he could’ve just taken the rest of the day off. Instead he put his work boots on again and tied his tool belt around his waist. He went outside and gathered up some materials he’d been holding. Scraps of wood, PVC pipe etc. He was supposed to bring it back to the shed where he got it from, but often felt too lazy to make the trip. George put the stuff he thought he might need in the back of his golf cart and got on his way towards the boys dormitory.
A group of guys were outside of the building, lounging on a few benches and enjoying the sunlight. As he pulled up they saw him and began nudging each other. George knew exactly where this was going and today was absolutely not the day for it. He grabbed his stuff from the back of the cart and made his way to the entrance of the building.
“Hey big guy, I’ve got something you could fix!” The kid that said it was clearly a freshmen, he held his crotch as the words left his mouth and all his friends were dying laughing. George stopped in his tracks, looked over at the boys, who were now not laughing as heartedly as they were before and took a deep breath in. “I recognize you…” The kid looked back and forth at his friends. “Yeah, you’re Mikey. You’re the skinny little twerp who tied up Kelsey.” Mikey’s eyes went wide, as his friends began laughing for a different reason. “Never ended up fucking her did ya? Can’t blame her, I tired her out real good after I got her loose, and a couple times afterwards now that I’m thinking about it…” Mikey’s expression immediately became downtrodden and his friends were doing their best to hold in their giggling. George thought about saying some more, but decided that it would’ve been a waste of energy. Instead he headed into the building and made his way to the stairs.
Arriving in the room the situation was surprisingly accurately described. The door was hanging out of its frame, only attached by one hinge. All the others had disappeared and a big crack showed in the wood of the frame. Luckily the wall was still intact and the door hadn’t landed on anybody’s head. “How’d you manage this?” George was talking to Mason, the running back for the Brightsdale College football team. The guy was about as tall as George, but where George had functional muscles, he had handsome ones. His arms were toned, his legs were toned, even his neck seemed to be rippling with muscle. What he did lack however, was common sense, clearly showing from the answer he gave to George’s question. “We were playing a little contact football in the hallway, someone tackled someone into my door and fucked it up a little.” That sure was an understatement. It was not his place to discipline the students though, nor did he really feel like it. Instead George just got to work.
