Chests and Items

"While we were in the Ruins we found another locked box. The lock is made from Magicallium, just like last time." I say before Lander smiles and takes over.

"So you'd like me to unlock it again?" He asks and I nod. "Then we'll make the same deal as last time. I'll unlock it and keep the lock. Whatever's inside is yours." He says causing me to nod again. I know I could Meditate and possibly learn his magic. But I don't mind losing the Magicallium. My Dagger is made from an alloy comprising of Blue Dragon Scales and the Blue Lotus Flower. Observe showed me that it has the same amount of mana as Magicallium, just not as tough. So I don't mind missing this.

"Okay, you have a deal." I say while taking the chest out of my inventory. I pass it to him and he unlocks it. The lock opens with a click, and he passes the chest back. I open it and see several blue gems inside. I Observe them, finding out they're all the same thing.

Mana Gem(10), Epic

This Blue Gem was created when a rock absorbed an abundance of pure mana. It turned into this Gem, after being filled with mana. It can be used for a vast variety of purposes, from boosting one's mana as an accessory or brewed into potions, adding more mana, and creating even more powerful potions.

"What was it?" Kagiyama asks as I store the chest away.

"It had some Mana Gems inside." I explain causing him to nod.

"Lucky, those Gems are a blacksmith's wet dream. Just embedding two or three into a weapon can vastly improve it." Sally says.

"Eric, is your Guild ready for Sunday?" Kagiyama asks.

"Yeah, the Chefs are scheduled and paid for. Asami's getting the decorations ready. She's been keeping me in the dark as much as she can though. Not sure why." I say causing him to chuckle.

"Maybe she wants to handle it. As the Guilds Secretary, she'll be in charge of events like these. Since it's the first one, she probably wants to see how she'll do."

"Maybe." I reply before standing up. "Well, we'll get going. Thanks for the help." I say while Luna stands up. We leave to my Domain, after the others say bye. We appear and see Ramia talking with Verona and Asami.

"Welcome back Master, Luna." Asami says upon seeing us. "What did Strom say about your Mark?" Asami asks as Luna sits down. Luna tells Asami what happened while Verona turns to me.

"Are you not sitting Eric?" Verona asks and I shake my head no.

"No, I have something I need to do. I just wanted to see how you two were doing first." I say causing her to smile.

"Well, we're doing fine. I was just having a very interesting conversation with Ramia. We were talking about her new magic. I'm very intrigued by her doll. She has a lot of innate talent for this, not surprising since she's been studying Alchemy since she was a kid. But I'm very curious how a doll made from your blood and some Mythical materials would turn out." Verona says before realizing something. She claps her hands before turning to Ramia. "Ramia, could you use those super plants Eric grew for the doll with his blood? It should be able to handle his mana, not to mention it'll resonate better."

"Maybe? I've used them before in potions. They have incredible properties that are hard to even believe. But I don't know if I can use them. I'm not the race Eric is." Ramia replies.

"Yeah, but you're not wearing or wielding it. Since it's something you create by binding them together, it shouldn't be a problem." Verona says causing Ramia to think it over.

"Okay, I'm going to go now. Good luck figuring it out." I tell them before leaving. I doubt either of them heard me. I walk into my blacksmithing workshop. I take out my L-Market device and start looking through it. I buy 25 Magic Iron, knowing I'll use some later. I melt down one of them and set another aside. I store the 23 remaining Iron before pouring it out. I turn it into a ring and place a Magic Gem on top. I use the various tools my workshop came with to carve the metal and decorate the top. I make the metal hold the Gem, in a net-like shape. I take some of the gold that we found in the Demon Dungeon out and melt it. I cover the outside and inside of the ring in a layer of gold. I take out my Enchanted Steel Rune Engraving Wand. I engrave a few Runes for Mana Capacity and Mana Regeneration on it. Once I'm done, I Observe the ring.

Magic Iron Ring Lvl 35, Epic

This Ring was made with Magic Iron as a base. It contains a Magic Gem, boosting the mana within. It has been carved with Runes for boosting Mana Capacity and Mana Regeneration. While worn, it will give its wearer +300 Max MP and +10 MP Per/Minute Regen.

Good, it's not Legendary. This will be good for Irene. Her mana was almost out when we left. Since I've never supported from the rear like that, I forgot that she'll use a lot of mana during battles. Especially in Ruins, where battles are almost nonstop. I think before storing the ring away. I take the other Magic Iron and make another ring. I coat it in gold before engraving more Runes into it. This time, I engrave the Runes for Strength and Defense. I Observe the ring once I'm done.

Magic Iron Ring Lvl 35, Epic

This Ring was made with Magic Iron as a base. It contains a Magic Gem, boosting the mana within. It has been carved with Runes for Strength and Defence. While worn, it will give its wearer +15 Strength and +25 defense to their entire body.

Great, that's Marlo taken care of. This will help both with his Spear and if he tosses it again. From the way he said it, it sounds like he does it often. I think before storing it away and leaving. I nearly bump into Asami on my way out.

"Sorry Asami, I didn't notice you." I say while stepping back.

"It's fine, but Master, We need to talk." She replies.
