Waistband trouble

As Julia rushed back to her customer, she didn’t notice as a thread of her skirt hooked onto a loose nail at the bar. With each step, more thread unwound from the waistband of her skirt.

“Here’s your napkins, sir,” she blushed, holding them aloft to the man, “And… um… I wanted to apologize about my previous display…”

He stared at her blankly, as if his mind was processing the sight before him.
