Relaxation and contemplation

I sighed in pleasure as I sunk deeper into the bath, a normal one this time, if more floral than is typical for a guy to enjoy.

And sunk was the appropriate word, this tub was huge. I'd always been annoyingly tall, and the tub in the apartment could only take me in parts, either my knees stuck out or my chest did. The new house had an old fashioned tub (with legs and everything) which was actually big enough to accommodate.

I could feel all the aches of moving flowing away, not that I had that much stuff to begin with but getting a removal van to this house had been stressful, and my scrawny ass struggled to move the too-heavy boxes and mattress. But it was done, ad now I could relax.

Though, I should probably start planning for the future, I didn't really need to, my 'job' took about an hour tops total every week and it was good steady income. Really I was far more interested in exploring my magic, and now I had a permanent place of residence with much better sound control, I could also even change the house to my liking, it was great.

Which was the crux of the issue here, I had an empty house, it was all potential right now, just a case of deciding where I would take it, what I would do with it. While I could go for some slapdash affair I was actually keen on sticking to a theme for once.

Do I stick with the Victorian magician theme, this was the right house for it of course, and my wand fit the motif.Or maybe I go full occult, go dark and spooky and witchy, maybe even add an eldritch abomination or two, surely I could whip up a tentacle monster. Or maybe something more sorcerery, gold trim and gemstones, full gaudy.

Oh the options were just endless, but choosing is for later, for now I could just soak.
