"Wohoo, I'm in," you say to Jeff as you close your laptop. You cross your legs in the couch, put your phone in both hands and start installing the app you just got a link to.

"Damn, nothing for me then," Jeff said as he checked his own phone and just shook his head. "Ah well, I'll just win this round while you get warmed up on that app."

"Sure, sure," you say with a wave of your hand and start tapping at the icon. The screen goes black for a second before a splash screen appears.

Welcome to Omni-Cards!
To play this game, draw and play Challenge Cards from the Challenge Deck. Completing challenges lets you draw Boon Cards from the Boon Deck, as well as earning money directly to your bank account.
Challenge Cards vary in difficulty and duration, and you can only play Challenge cards equal or lower than your level. Your level equals one plus one for each of your active Challenge and Boon Cards.
Be careful though! If you fail a challenge, you will have to draw and play cards from the Punishment Deck instead. They can act a lot like Challenge cards, but they are hard to remove and have more negative effects. Also, you may put in play Punishment Cards of a higher level than you, but it doesn't activate before you are at the required level. Maybe there are Boon Cards that lets you get rid of them, but it would be better not to get any.

You can only have five cards on hand. If you have more for an hour, random cards are put in play, or discarded if they cannot legally be played.

You start with three challenge cards. Then you draw three boon cards, of which you must discard one. Every 24 hours, you can draw three Challenge Cards and discard two from your hand.

"Well, that's a summary," you say to Jeff as you press ok and push the start game button. The screen shows you a empty hand with room for four cards, a Challenge Deck, a Boon Deck and a Punishment Deck. The game quickly picks up three challenge cards, three boon cards and three Punishment cards to your hand. "Oh, here we go, my first hand," you say as you lean close and read the cards you've been dealt.
