"That's interesting." Verona quietly says. Before I can ask her what she meant, pain consumes my chest. I take a moment to adjust to it and Gaia walks over.

"Here, let me help." She says while placing her hand on my chest.

"Don't bother Gaia. You can't heal this." Verona says and Gaia turns to her.

"Why not? Is he not in pain?" She asks and Verona shakes her head no.

"I'm sure he is, but it's not his body that's hurt. It's his Mana Circuits. The Annihilation Energy that pumped through his veins damaged them. They're healing now and will fully heal within the hour. But since it's his Circuits, you can't heal him." Verona replies.

"Isn't it bad that he's damaging his Circuits?"

"Yes and no. If he were a normal Lyna, damaging his Circuits like that would permanently weaken him. But his race can heal their Circuits. I'm not sure why, but I discovered this thanks to his mother. If the damage is too great though, he won't be able to heal them. So as long as he doesn't overdo it, he'll always recover with some rest. I can't say the same though if he spent longer than five minutes like that. I'd have to see it before I can tell you." Verona says and I nod.

"Yeah, for the time being, I'm not going to find out." I say and she nods. "But if you two will excuse me, I need to go shower." I say and they nod. I return to my apartment and grab some clothes. I jump in the shower and open my notifications. I realize as I do so, that I never checked yesterday's Quests. I Observe the drops from the Lich and undead too.

Undead Flesh(10), Common Alchemy Ingredient

This rotting flesh can be used in Alchemy. It can be used as an amplifier for poisonous potions, making them deadlier. Or they can be used to create potions that turn weak creatures into undead. The undead will die after a certain amount of time depending on the quality of the potion. They will go on a rampage once they turn, killing everything in sight.

Undead Dust (25), Rare Alchemy Ingredient

This dust is all that's left of an undead creature's core. The core is what powers the undead and brings them back to life. The dust still contains some of the core's magic. This allows it to be a good ingredient in resurrection potions. However, consuming it will afflict the drinker with the undead curse.

Undead Core(5), Epic Alchemy Ingredient

This Core was taken from an undead. It's in pristine condition. It can be used to make very powerful resurrection potions. The potions will always turn the drinker into an undead. Once they're turned, they imprint on whoever they first see. This person will be the only one who the undead obeys.

Lich Kings Necklace Lvl 100, Mythical

This Necklace is comprised of small monster bones and dark purple gems. The gems were made by compressing the Lich Kings mana. It will provide the wearer with a unique Skill. It gives the wearer +25 INT, +20 WIS, +15 END, +15 LUC, and +250 Max MP. Hidden Properties: While worn it gives you the Skill Raise Dead. Raise Dead allows you to tear off a piece of your soul and use it to turn a corpse into an undead. The soul fragment will return to you when the undead dies.
