More Beasts

I walk through the forest and arrive at the cave. I enter it and find the room with the stone door. There's another large wolf inside. This one has pitch-black fur. Aside from that, it looks identical to the Blood Wolf. It's sitting on its paws with its head up. It's looking around bored and opens its jaws to yawn. I Observe it while taking out my Boots, Claws, and Horns.

HP: 5000/5000 MP: 2000/2000

I use my Katanas Change Element skill to change the damage from Physical to Light. The blade's color changes from silver to white. I step into the room and the Wolf jumps up. It starts growling and slowly walks toward me. I lunge for the Wolf and It does the same. I slide under its jaws as it tries to bite me. I cut its stomach from below before running forward and turning around.

Holy shit! This new Katana is amazing! I can't wait to make the Flower one. I just need to get my hands on the materials. I just don't know what that would be. I think before picking up the item and entering the room. I walk up to the statue and break it. I collect the Soul Fragment before opening the small chest. I Observe the contents and the Wolfs drop.

Oscar's Spear Lvl 65, Legendary

This Spear was used by Oscar and delivered the final blow to Bergeth. It's made of Enchanted Wood and Enchanted Steel. It's covered in Runes boosting Strength and power. The Spear contains a Magic Core, giving it the skill Javelin. It deals 750 damage per attack.

Dark Ring Lvl 55, Epic

This ring contains a great amount of Dark magic. The magic will resonate with the wearer's mana. This causes their Dark-related spells to deal more damage, but it will weaken all others. Dark-related spells gain a 25% Damage boost while all others suffer a 25% damage reduction.

Damn, if it didn't have that damage reduction it'd be great. I think before scanning them with my L-Market Device. I sell the ring and spear for 48,125$. I turn around and stretch my arms. I close my eyes and when I open them, all I see is darkness. I turn back around and see Bergeth where the statue was.

"ERIC, IT'S GOOD TO SEE YOU!" He says, greeting me.

"Yeah, it's been a while. Did you need something?" I ask, getting straight to the point. He nods and turns to his right. A statue of him appears, it's the same one that contains his Fragments.

"I WANTED TO WARN YOU. AS I'M SURE YOU'VE FIGURED OUT, MY SOUL FRAGMENTS HAVE BEEN CREATING GUARDIANS. BUT MY LAST ONE HAS SENSED THE OTHERS DISAPPEAR. IT'S GIVEN MORE POWER TO ITS GUARDIAN. I WANTED TO WARN YOU SO YOU DON'T GO IN UNPREPARED." He says and I nod.

"Thanks, while you're here. How exactly do I revive you once I've collected all your Soul Fragments?"

"YOU WILL NEED TO USE YOUR CRAFT SKILL. I BELIEVE THAT SHOULD COMBINE MY FRAGMENTS. ONCE YOU DO THAT MY BODY WILL IMMEDIATELY REFORM. I CAN'T DELAY IT AS GAIA COULD." He says and I nod. "ONE MORE THING BEFORE YOU GO. I HAVE A GIFT FOR YOU." He says while raising his front paw. He presses one of his claws against my chest and a light appears. My Moonlight Necklace appears around my neck, despite having it hidden. The light swallows the necklace before dispersing. I see the necklace disappear in a burst of light.

"What'd you do?" I ask, confused.

"I FUSED THE NECKLACE WITH YOU. THIS WAY, THE ABILITY IT HAS HAS BECOME A SKILL. IT'S PART OF THE ANCIENT BEAST SCHOOL NOW. LUNA SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE IT TOO. THE STATS T GAVE YOU ARE PERMANENT NOW." He replies and I nod. Before I can ask anything else, everything turns dark. The next moment I'm back in the cave. I leave the Dungeon and hop back on my bike. I follow the pulling sensation while I check my notifications.

New Skill: Ancient Werewolf Lvl 1

Ancient Werewolf allows you to transform into an Ancient Werewolf. The transformation lasts for one hour. While transformed you will be unable to use any magic Schools other than Ancient Beast Magic. Your stats will be boosted. Your Strength and Agility will be tripled. Your Claws and Fangs will be able to tear through Dragon Scales. You're Hide and Fur will be tougher than Enchanted Steel. All Ancient Beast Spells will deal 50% more damage. The Skill costs zero mana, but will require forty-eight hours to recharge between uses. The timer starts once the skill ends.

I park my bike as I finish reading. It took me a few minutes to read, since I only read it at red lights. I quickly Observe the ring while looking around.

Primal Ring Lvl 95, Mythos

This Ring is made from wood taken from the Primal Source (Prisma). The wood contains massive amounts of pure mana. A small purple gem rests on top. The gem was made by a group of Mythos who condensed their mana into a small crystal ball. The ring was then gifted to the Mythos who defended the village. It gives its wearer +50 INT, +35 WIS, +20 STR, +20 END, and +300 Max MP. Hidden Properties: If the wearer has Communicated with Prisma before, the mana around you will resonate with you. This boosts your natural MP Per/Minute Regen by 10.

I equip the ring, replacing my Flame Devil's Ring, which gave me 15 INT and 10 WIS. I see I still kept the Flame Kings Spell it taught me. I find myself at a fast food place and get off. Fortunately, it's not too busy. I store my bike away when no one's looking and walk to the pulling feeling. I find it in the dumpster behind the place. I cast Enter Dungeon as soon as I see no one's looking. I appear in the forest and swap to my armor. I take out my Claws, Horns, and Boots while casting Ancient Beastial Strength. I make my way to the cave a get ready for whatever this one's Guardian is.
