I enter the cave and walk down the path. I find the room and look inside. I see a man sitting down. He's about five and a half feet. He's wearing a white fur-covered chest plate and leggings. His hair is white and his eyes are black. He holds a sword made from bone in his hand. He looks bored and I Observe him.

I sigh when I read the description and the Beast Man jumps up. He faces me and growls. I slowly step out as he swings his bone sword through the air. He roars before lunging at me. He moves much faster than the Werewolf, but not as fast as the Oni Chieft. I dodge and swing my Katana at his chest. He spins around, cutting himself on my blade.

Pain burns through my mind as I step back. Before I can recover the Beast Man lunges again. I duck under the blade as it raises its foot to kick. I Blink away and see him lunge for me again. I raise my Katana and aim for his bone sword. We collide and he pushes against me. I take my dagger and stab it through his neck.

Legendary Item Drop

I pick up the item and enter the room. I destroy the statue and collect the last Soul Fragment. I open the chest and Observe the items.

NO NAMES Ring Lvl 90, Legendary

This ring was created from Bergeths Soul. He turned ordinary metal ore into a ring for his Guardian. The Ring contains a great amount of the Ancient Wolf's power. It gives its wearer +50 STR, +40 AGI, +30 END, and +250 Max HP.

Mareth's Wand Lvl 85, Legendary

This wand was made for Mareth and is made from Blue Dragon Scales. The Blue Dragon Scales significantly boost the wand's Magical properties. It holds a gem of highly condensed mana. The wand provides +40 INT, +30 WIS, and +200 Max MP.

Blue Dragon Scales. That's what I need. I should use Craft to scrap it and see if I can get some of the scales. The Ring, however, I can give to Inuu. I think before storing them away. I leave for my Domain and look around. I see Innu sitting on the couch. No one else is in the room.

"Master!" Innu says happily when she sees me. She jumps up and hugs me.

"Hey Innu, where are the others?" I ask and she shrugs. "Anyway Innu, here. I got this Ring while I was out. It should boost your strength and maybe help you use your sword's ability." I say, remembering how it increased her Endurance. She takes it and puts it on. She smiles before running outside, probably to test it out. I sit on the couch and take out my phone. I text Liz asking her to make the Pact for Bergeth. I tell her exactly how I want it and she immediately responds. She says she's on it and I owe her for the short notice. I smile before walking over to my Domain Pillar. I take out my new Vault Essence and place it in.

A door appears behind my Domain Pillar. I walk over and see it has a keypad. On it is a screen that says Input Code! I set the code to 9902 and the screen turns green. I type the code in again and teleport to a new area. I know I teleported thanks to my Mana Sense. I look around and see I'm standing in a large stone room. There are various shelves and displays on the wall, but all are empty. So I guess this is where I can store valuables. I guess I could even use it as a jail. I think before walking up to the wooden door in front of me. I teleport back and sit on the couch. I open my inventory and use Craft on the Wand and select scrap. I get six Blue Dragon Scales and the Condensed Mana Gem. I think about it and realize I'll probably need nine more to be safe. I take out my L-Market Device and search for them. I find a surprising amount of them for sale. But they're all 20,000 each. I buy nine scales, having to link my bank account to cover a little over 5,000. That leaves me at zero dollars on my account. But I still have plenty within my account, thanks to the money monster give me. A fox appears with a box and hands me the scales. It disappears and I walk outside. I pick up more rocks before walking back inside. I store the 30 Rune Engraved Rocks I made before. I then sit down on the couch and take out the Runic book Verona gave me and the Runic Engraving Wand. I put on the Runic Gravers Glasses and open the book. I find the section for wands and spells. I start Engraving the Runes for Mana, Spell Damage, and Magic Boost on each rock. As soon as I finish the last rock Liz calls.

"Hello?" I ask, having answered my phone quickly and not looking at the caller ID.

"I've finished your Pact. Do you want me to come by and drop it off?" She asks and I look around.

"Yeah, that'd be great. When would you have time?" I ask before she appears in front of me.

"Right now!" She says and I hear her through the phone and in front of me. I hang up and store the book and Wand away. I left the rocks scattered on the couch. "Are you Engraving Runes onto rocks?" She asks after seeing what I was doing.

"Yes, it's practice." I reply and she smiles. She hands me a piece of paper and I take it.

"Here's your Pact. Now, where's my payment?" She asks expectantly.

"I'm not doing so hot on money at the moment. Is there another way to pay you?" I ask while grabbing her hips and she smiles. I kiss her and she wraps her arms around me. She pulls back after a moment with a smile.

"That'll work. Now I need to get back." She says abruptly.

"Are you busy?" I ask and she shrugs.

"I'm at the Dryads forest. I'm helping them cleanse the land of the poison faster. But I was on a break while my mana recharged." She says and I nod.

"Wait, I thought I had stopped the poison?"

"You did, sort of. You stopped the poison around the Core. So the forest will heal itself now. But there are other spots in the forest the poison spread too deep. We can heal those, it just takes time." She says and I nod again. She disappears and I walk outside.

"Time to revive Bergeth. But where should I revive him?" I say thinking aloud.
