The Guild registration

As Alyssa trudges up the road towards the adventurer's guild, she notices it is even livelier than it was earlier in the day, with many players, and even npc adventurers having returned to the hall, daily tasks completed, entering the crowded building, Alyssa is surprised to see what appears to be a burlesque show performing on one end of the building, entertaining the drunken npcs and players, and all three guild workers are swamped, with people trying to turn in their quests and get paid. Alyssa enters the line of the worker from earlier, Will, while half watching the scantily clad dancers on stage across the room, for a moment, imagining herself up there in her underwear, before remembering that she really needs to buy some again..

Ten Minutes Later

The line is moving quite slowly, and Alyssa has been getting fed up with the rowdy guy behind her, who has been cheering at the dancing seemingly every few seconds. Turning to see why the guy is so excited about the dancers, she is shocked to find they are now topless. "What the hell.. what kind of guild is this.." Struggling to look away, Alyssa turns back to the line, noting there are only two people left before her.

Soon Alyssa reaches Will at the desk, where she places the registration form, silver, and delivery confirmation down. "Hi, I was here earlier, and would like to register now, I believe I brought everything needed?" Will looks over the two forms, before taking the money and placing it in a box, he then pulls a small orb out of the nearby safe.

Will: "Please place your hand on this, it will read your mana signature, and create a custom guild ID, tied directly to you, and only you, which can be used to gain free access through certain cities and forts that normally extract tolls, it also shows your rank in the guild, which allows you to accept guild tasks up to one level above your guild rank. You can rank up by doing guild tasks, being examined by the guild trainer, or by recommendation by certain nobles and other guilds, understand?"

Alyssa is a little overwhelmed by all the info being thrown at her, but understands the gist of it, and places her palm against the orb. Behind the counter, Will is holding a blank card, which he places against the back of the orb, and after a few seconds, it glows dimly, putting info onto the card itself. Will holds the card out the read.

"Congratulations Miss Callaway, you are now registered as a rank F adventurer, the lowest rank, you can take tasks up to rank E, which mostly include hunting of normal animals, and the rare wolf or goblin, but I would recommend sticking to F rank or General rank tasks until you are more used to our system. General rank tasks are things like your delivery earlier, they are usually entirely safe, and rarely involve leaving the city itself, and are usually just package deliveries or request for general aid from the folk in the area."

Will hands Alyssa her guild card, which has a small, highly detailed drawing of her face, her name, archer class, and in gold inlaid print, the letter F.

Alyssa:"Thank you sir, do you mind if I grab a task now?" she asks, a bit excited to get started, or at least see what there is to do.

Will: "Sure, the board over there has all the available tasks from general to rank D, but remember, you can only select up to rank E, so pay attention to the tasks level." he points in the general direction of a board, overcrowded with hundreds of flyers. Alyssa approaches it, slightly overwhelmed by the amount of possible tasks.
