Refining his technique

He sat looking over the stat page for Joyce Summers. Xander found himself near paralyzed with choices. He could do just about anything so what should be his first change?

His libido immediately went for bigger boobs and a bubble butt.

Which wasn't a terrible idea, Xander admitted to himself, though he would deny being sexist enough to immediately go for the boobs if pressed by Willow or Cordelia.

One problem...

There was no way people could ignore Joyce going up to a 42 double D. So it was better to think about something else first. Something innocuous. Something nobody would...

Wait...

Wasn't there a setting that made everyone ignore changes?

A few seconds of frantic searching and Xander found said setting. All he had to do was click this box and everyone would ignore him changing reality no matter how wacky he made things. He made sure to read the fine print about that option. No one would notice anything unless he specifically wrote a command code to notice something.

So Joyce with bigger boobs was back on the table.

But did he want to start with that?

He could make her younger. Shave off a few years and roll back some of the boob sag she had with the added benefit of erasing wrinkles and wiping away some more fat.

Only question was what else would that do? He needed to think this thru and not make mistakes. If he changed her age to 25 what else would happen? What was the ripple effect of that butterfly flapping its wings? What would it do to Joyce?

Great now he had to do math.

So if Joyce was 40 now and he made her 25? What happened during those missing 15 years? Did she just get born later in the time line? How did that effect everything in Joyce's life? Wouldnt that make her a completely different person? Would she still have met Hank Summers and gotten married and had Buffy?

"Gah!" Xander jolted as he realized a big damn problem. He couldn't do that because of Buffy. There was no way Joyce could be the mother of an almost 18 year old and still be 25. That was- No, hell no, he wasn't doing that.

So... command code? Now how to word it...?

04 - When she became a Slayer Joyce Summers was mystical rejuvenated to her peak physical self of 25. Joyce enjoyed the week long experience of wrinkles disappearing, scars fading, aches and pains going away.

Xander looked at the picture of Joyce on the screen as she suddenly morphed from a 40 year old woman to a 25 year old woman. Joyce had been and still was a fine looking woman. And as an added benefit the physical changes helped Joyce come to terms with there being a supernatural and magic and everything. Hard to argue about magic existing when you suddenly lost 15 years off your body.

Xander nodded his head. He had handled that pretty well. So what was his next course of action?
