What's the options Elizabeth thought of ?

Hard choices

"I see three possibilities. One you wish that I look twenty-one, but I'm actually my original age. That should work... hopefully. Because, another choice is wishing our kids being adopted. But they could be completely different from what they were. Or finally, a choice I can believe I'm proposing, your kids are from a first marriage and your first wife left to live in another country. Which mean, I will lose all connection with who I was." Elizabeth explained.

It was indeed a hard choice... Two of them would lead to potentially completely different kids and the last one was basically losing the real Elizabeth for good... So, he decided to pick the one that had some chance to not even work.

"I wish my wife was only twenty-one years old in appearance and was actually the 42 years old woman I had two kids with."
