Miranda

"I got um, Miranda." Matt states hesitantly, his eyes darting from Sarah to John to Miranda and back to Sarah again. Everyone's eyes are on him but those three are paying him special attention, his crush, his best friend and his best friends crush all pulling him in separate directions. Nicole felt a little bad for him as he slowly returned the slip to the hat, clearly trying to buy time to think of something that wouldn't upset anyone. Seeing his discomfort but not knowing the exact cause Miranda leans closer to tease him. "Well Matt. I'm all yours. What do you want from me?" She asks with a husky voice as she tiptoes her fingers up his arm. Her and Sarah are surrounding him so closely that Nicole can't even see his face anymore by the time he gives his dare.

"I dare you to kiss Sarah!" He calls out suddenly, sounding like his life depended on it. At his words the circling vultures pull back to look at each other. Miranda looks trepidatious while Sarah seems completely unbothered, that same smirk on her lips just like before. "Come on Miranda, don't play innocent now. It's nothing we haven't done before." Sarah states, puckering her lips expectantly.

"You've done what?" John shouts.

"Wait, what?" Matt calls out almost simultaneously.

"Oh yeah, me and Miranda have fooled around before. You think I could be friends with a hot thing like her without at least sampling the merchandise?" Sarah asks while casually gesturing to the cringing Miranda, who looks like she would rather be anywhere else. "How much, er... sampling have you done?" Matt asks, sounding like he just learned Santa is real and he's coming tonight to make up for every Christmas he missed. "Not as much as I wanted to, but let's just say I kissed more than Miranda's-"

"Sarah!" Miranda interrupts suddenly with a warning look that forces Sarah into silence although the damage is already done. Everyone, Nicole included, is picturing Miranda and Sarah together, especially Sarah kissing parts of Miranda other than her lips. Or rather, other than the lips on her face. Blushing furiously and clearly aware that all the guys are picturing her hot best friend laying her lips all over her body Miranda sighs in irritation. "Come here, lets get this over with." She tells Sarah as she repositions in her seat, having to lean up a little since Sarah is still straddling Matt's lap.

When their faces are close Sarah closes her eyes and tilts her head ready but Miranda just greets her puckered lips with a peck. "There, done." She states, sitting back smugly as four pairs of eyes look at her in disappointment. Sarah pouts and folds her arms in a joking imitation of a petulant brat while Matt voices his dissatisfaction. "Is that it?" He asks as if he was waiting for some sexy punchline. "Yup, that's it. You dared me to kiss Sarah, not make out with her. That counts as a kiss." She argues with a self satisfied look from the gratification of using the rules to her advantage. Nicole was more than happy to let her get way with that and move on, but the others don't seem to agree.

"Booooo! Booooo!" Tom begins loudly, giving two thumbs down as he does. Soon John and Sarah join in with Matt looking like he would too if he wasn't within easy slapping range from the brown haired girl. Miranda can only stand the animated disapproval for so long before she lets out a dramatic sigh and gives in. Leaning forward she grabs Sarah roughly by the head with both hands, pulling her down and aggressively locking lips with her. Sarah's eyes flare wider at the sudden advance but the upturned corners of her lips make it clear that she's not unhappy about it. The violent kiss stops all the boos at once, literally cutting Sarah off mid noise as her lips were shockingly occupied.

Nicole watches with disdain as Sarah gets to put on the show she had obviously been hoping for. Although it was Miranda who initiated the makeout Sarah quickly begins to take charge. She pushes forward and then pulls back teasingly, her lips briefly breaking from Miranda's before sloppily rejoining them with a smooch. Sarah even involves her tongue, trying to sneakily slip it into her friends mouth as if Miranda wouldn't notice. Miranda growls lowly at the intrusion but doesn't even take her lips off Sarah, and after a little probing from her it's clear that Miranda's tongue is returning the favor. Now when Sarah pulls back again her tongue and Miranda's continue dancing together, writhing in the open air between them before their lips meet again.

Even as Nicole watches Sarah continues to take control of affairs, subtly outmaneuvering and overpowering Miranda. She places a hand on the side of Miranda's face, her fingers grazing her jawline as she gently holds her still. When Sarah next leans back she bites gently at her partners bottom lip, pulling it with her for a moment before releasing it to kiss her again. Despite her expert teasing and toying with Miranda Nicole can see that Sarah's focus is still elsewhere. Occasionally Sarah's hooded eyes flit open to glance at John, to make sure he's still enraptured by the sight.

Of course he is.

Everyone is.

Even Nicole herself, as she abruptly notices that she's started to lean forward and crane her neck around Miranda for a better view. Sitting back quickly she scolds herself for getting carried away. Thankfully no one was looking at her, their attention was obviously on the Sapphic showcase Miranda and Sarah were putting on. Nicole had dealt with rumors about her being a lesbian before, based almost solely on her short cut blonde hair. Although she wasn't offended by it she didn't want to restart that annoyance again just because Tom caught her staring. Instead she looks at the others, marveling at how captivated guys can be by the mere sight of two girls kissing. "I could do that for you John..." She thinks, her lust for him running headlong into another feeling inside herself that maybe those rumors had a little more truth to them than she thought.

Subtly turning her attention back to the makeout from the corner of her eye Nicole sees that Sarah has full command of the situation. Now she is dominantly above Miranda, making her chase upwards after Sarah's lips while the red haired girl pulls teasingly away. She even goes so far as running a hand up Miranda's bare flat stomach to just under the hem of her crop top, echoing the teasing move she'd used on John earlier. Sarah's tongue trails down into Miranda's mouth but now she is shamelessly staring at John, almost inviting him to join in from across the room. John's attention is still completely on the clueless Miranda however, much to Sarah and Nicole's dismay. With a final loud smooch Sarah breaks the kiss, allowing Miranda to open her eyes as if waking from a dream.

"There. Did you get what you wanted you pervs?" Miranda asks her audience, wiping a thin spittle of drool from her lower lip as she does. The dumbfounded eyes of John and Matt seem to give her her answer while Sarah giggles at the pair of them. "Fuck yeah that was good Miranda." Tom calls out, the only man left with enough sense to speak. "Hey next time you and Sarah wanna make out come do it in my lap so I can join in." He continues, making Miranda blush and look away while John frowns at him. For a moment Nicole thinks Miranda is about to say something back to him but the hat thrust in front of her face stops her.

"Here, it's your turn now." Sarah tells her, the brim of the hat clutched between two manicured fingers. "I hope this dare is as much fun as the last." She tells her friend even while Miranda blushes again whilst taking the hat. Throughout all this Nicole struggled to gauge Miranda. Everyone else seemed to have a target or a motivation for being here, Nicole after John, Matt after Sarah, Tom after Miranda, but what was Miranda herself here for? It was unpredictability that Nicole disliked most, she'd almost rather that Miranda was openly seeking John too just so she could know what to expect. Instead she squeezes her hands in her lap again and waits for Miranda to draw a name.
