With her friends facing away from her, Alis heaved another sigh. To delay her stripping, she started by sending a brief pulse of mana to locate a seed underground. Any type would do, she just needed that small bit of dormant life energy that she could use to grow a goodberry bush. Finding a potential candidate only a few steps away from where she was sitting, Alis moved over before glancing back to make sure no one was peeking.

Reassured of her privacy, she kept her back to the fire as she kicked off her shoes then reached under the hem of her dress to whisk her hose down. She stood a moment, shivering as the night air caressed her bare legs, before haltingly shoving her woolen dress up and over her head. She had just started to lift her short shift when a shuffling sound had her whipping around to see Fendis turning to look over her shoulder at her. "Are you doing it?" she asked impatiently.

Alis crossed an arm over her covered breasts and quickly turned away, reaching back to pull the bottom of her shift below her panties. "Y-yes, just don't look please!"

Fendis apologized half-heartedly, facing forward again. Alis whimpered slightly; that close call had shaken her resolve. She thought back to her mother's gift, and the revelation that she technically didn't have to get all the way naked. With one last glance at her friends' turned backs, she slowly raised the edge of her shift up to her chest, boobs still safely concealed within the built-in brassiere which provided necessary support. Emboldened, she directed the mana down to the seed and gently coaxed it to start absorbing the energy. "Bloom!"

The first sign that something had gone wrong was the loud rumble from the ground in front of her. Before Alis could move, the dirt in front of her exploded outward as something burst through, knocking her on her rear. She stared up in horror as dozens of sickly green tendrils sprouted out, almost as thick around as her wrist and rapidly growing to over ten feet in length. They twisted and writhed wildly, coiling around nothing. One of them wrapped around her leg as it emerged, yanking her up into the air with a yelp.

"Alis!"

Even as she was being flung around upside-down by a giant plant monster, Alis blushed at the knowledge that her friends were seeing her in her undergarments. She struggled to push her shift up over her crotch, fighting against the vines slithering over her. "H-help!"

Alis was flipped back over, catching a glimpse of Rosa and Fendis rushing towards the plant with blades bared as Sigrid flipped through the pages of her tome. All four of the half-elf's limbs were thoroughly entangled now, and she was held up spread-eagle as a vine wormed its way under her shift. It tensed for a moment, before tearing the whole garment off with a sound of ripping fabric. "Nooo!" she wailed, naked except for her panties. The vine curled around her bare breasts, readjusting its hold as if to intentionally massage them.

Down below, Rosa sliced desperately at the approaching tendrils with her rapier, while Fendis was gnawing on one that had her by the arm. By the fire, Sigrid yelped as her ankle was seized by a root that had crept unnoticed along the ground, a glowing array winking out of existence in front of her. Alis' attention was dragged back to her own predicament when she felt yet another vine slip beneath her panties. Heart pounding in fear and embarrassment, she attempted to channel another spell.
