There was utter silence for a moment, before Rosa burst out laughing. Between giggles, she choked out, "S-seriously? I heard about your training sessions, but I figured that was just your mum being, you know, how she is. You actually have to do that? Like, every time?"

Fendis merely tilted her head, while Sigrid had a pensive look on her face as she bit her lip. "My master told me that ritual magic can have some... strange requirements. But to think, something like that..." She blushed.

Alis looked down, cheeks burning. She gripped the hem of her dress tightly, twisting the fabric.

Rosa finally calmed down after a bit, letting out a deep breath. "Wow, that is- really unfortunate. I'm sorry for laughing, I just wasn't expecting that. Though it's not like we haven't all seen each other naked before, right?"

She took a steadying breath. "I know, but this isn't the same as swimming in the lake as kids. You'll all just be sitting there, w-watching me... and what if I have to use a spell in front of other people? I'd be so humiliated!"

Rosa leaned over to give her a brief pat on the shoulder, giving her a reassuring smile instead of the lecherous one Alis was half-expecting. "Look, don't worry about that right now. We're all friends here, and there's no one else around. A little embarrassment seems like a small price to pay for awesome magical powers, don't you think?"

A teasing expression crept across Rosa's face, and she said, "Tell you what, we'll all get naked too so you're not alone."

"W-what? No way!" Sigrid snapped, swatting at Rosa's hands as she reached over to playfully tug down the neckline of her dress. Beside them Fendis' ears perked up as she began to unbutton her jerkin.

"No, that's fine!" Alis said quickly, raising a hand to stop them. She sighed. "I appreciate the thought, but could you maybe just... turn around for a bit, please?"
