A pacifier and light up sneakers

Jennifer then stuck a pacifier between Lauren’s lips, slipped a pair of pink ankle socks on her feet. And then slipped a pair of velcro light up sneakers that had My Little Pony characters with Twilight Sparkle with her horn and wings, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity all over a rainbow with clouds and Applejack below it. They were white sneakers too with the glossy design on the outside of the shoe.

“Alright,” Jennifer said as she tied Lauren’s hair into two pigtails parted down the middle. “Now get back to work and finish those papers I gave you. This time try to put in a little more effort and don’t come to me for the potty until you’re done.”

Lauren pouted as she waddled back to her desk. As she did she heard loud laughter from behind her but she didn’t dare see what it was they were laughing at. She already knew they were laughing at her so what was the point?

Jennifer grinned. “Okay, everyone, let’s get back to work. But everyone here is getting a raise by at least 5% of your current salary.”

The employees cheered. Jennifer couldn’t wait for Mr. John Marshall to return. She had a feeling he would have some things to say as she watched his car pull into the garage.
