A shocking sentence

"While I see your behavior as harmful and frankly stupid violations of the law, I'm willing to give you a chance..." The judge said to Lauren.

Lauren felt hope for the first time since he'd began speaking.

"Therefore, I have a sentence. My daughter is a producer on the reboot of the hit show 'The Biggest Loser'." The judge said as the crowd murmured in confusion. "I've spoken to her, and arranged for you to be a contestant."

A look of growing horror was appearing on Lauren's face. She was supposed to be on a show for fat people!?! Okay, she'd gained a little weight. Okay, maybe a lot. but she wasn't fat like that!

"If you win the show, you will get to go free with no charges." The judge explained. "But if you fail, you'll be right back here and next time I swear I won't be so lenient!"

"You're honor, this is most irregular!" Nancy started, but was interrupted as the judge pounded the gavel.

"Case dismissed!"
