Shepard wakes up next to Samantha

Shepard groaned as she held her head as she faced one of the worst hangovers she had in a long time. She woke up to Samantha with her head in her hands muttering to herself. She rose out of bed and sat next to her. “Hey, are you okay?”

“Commander, I… I couldn’t… I was supposed to… but I couldn’t do it,” Samantha muttered. “How could she… I can’t.”

“Samantha, please… tell me what’s wrong,” Shepard said. “It’s okay…”

“No it’s not okay…” Samantha said. “I was supposed to make you sign this contract… but I couldn’t do it. And now your life is in danger. And it’s all my fault.”

“Woah, what? What’s going on?” Shepard asked as she stared in confusion at Samantha.

“Liara told me that I needed to… **** you and make you sign a contract,” Samantha said. “One that would make you be naked and do humiliating things. She said it was to save you that it would help you from a pending threat, but… this is… this is wrong… I couldn’t do it.”

“Wait she did what?!” Shepard yelled standing up. “What’s going on, Samantha. Tell me the truth. Please.”

“I don’t know!” Samantha cried. “I don’t understand. She told me that you would d-die if I didn’t do this but… this I couldn’t do it, Shepard.”

Shepard sighed. “I’ll figure out what’s going on, Samantha. But… thank you for not going through with this madness. I don’t understand what’s going on, but… it’ll be okay.”

Samantha nodded but then shook her head. “I… don’t deserve this. I’m sorry, Commander. I’ll be… I’ll be in the Port Observation room…”

Samantha walked out of the room leaving Shepard very confused and a little ticked. She didn’t like being in the dark, and it seemed that Liara was trying to do just that for some reason.
