Which hero Shall this story follow?
Jason Todd, aka Red Hood. The second Robin that was murdered by the Joker and resurrected by Ra’as Alghul
Jason Todd approached the batmobile donning his Red Hood costume as Bruce suited up into the Batman. The dynamic duo jumped into the batmobile together as they had hundreds of times before. The batmobile shot out of the Batcave and zoomed towards Gotham City.
Jason wasn’t sure about running with the bat again. Not after the Joker brutally murdered him with a lead crowbar only for him to be brought back from the dead by some Lazarus Pit. He didn’t blame Bruce any more for his death. He aimed his fiery vitriol at the criminals of Gotham. They were the ones responsible and he wanted to be the one to hold them accountable. At first he went against Batman’s teachings. He shot and killed dozens of thugs but it brought him no closure.
Jason eventually had to accept that if he wanted to change things for the better in his city then he’d need to forgive Batman not for failing to save him but for not killing the Joker. Had the tables been the other way around and it was Bruce that was killed by the Joker, Jason made it clear he would hunt that sick bastard to the ends of the earth to avenge him.
As the two approached the city, a few different objectives came across Batman’s scanner.
Which does he prioritize?
- The Bat Signal is up. They both should go see what Commissioner Gordon has for them
- A small meteorite crashed in the abandoned metro station and it's emitting a strange pink glow. It’s probably nothing but Batman sends Red Hood to go investigate
- Poison Ivy has been suspected of several acts of ecoterrorism and traced back to her greenhouse hideout. Red Hood is entrusted to bring her in
