Batman and Red Hood arrived on the rooftop of the GCPD where Commissioner Gordon was waiting with a cup of coffee.

“What is it commissioner?”

Jim jumped, taking a step back before settling down.

"Jesus, Batman. Why do you always have to sneak up on me? You're gonna give me a heart attack one of these days." He looked between the two heroes. "It's you..." his eyes fell on Jason. "I'd have half a mind to bring you in."

"Easy, Jim. I'm just trying to repay my debt to society."

"You're lucky I trust his judgement. If I had my way you'd be repaying your debt to society like every other murderer—in Arkham."

"Enough. Both of you." Batman interjected. "Jim, what is the situation?"
