What's Asami up to?

Korra has had enough action for a while, she's just gonna take a break for today. Besides, the police are dealing with any potential threat, they know how to do their jobs.

Korra decides to head out and find Asami, she hasn't talked to her in a bit, maybe she's free for the day.

She finds herself at a new Future Industries warehouse that she knows Asami has been helping set up. She finds a side door and enters only to stop in her tracks at the sight of the place. "Wow... This place is HUGE!" Korra looks around at just how massive everything is, whatever this place is gonna be used for, it'll definitely do the job.

After her amazement dies down, the Avatar decides to ask around for Asami. There's plenty of workers here, one of them is bound to know where she is.

She talks to multiple workers but is only met with people not knowing where she is, or people wanting an autograph. She really isn't used to the popularity yet, ever since Zaheer was taken down and she returned to defend Republic City, her favorability has skyrocketed.

"Korra!" The Avatar's thoughts are cut short, she turns her head to see the girl she's been looking for standing quite a bit above her on a walkway just under the roof of this place. She's holding a clipboard and is wearing her usual business attire. Though that's all she can make out due to the distance between them.

Korra smiles and returns Asami's excitement. "Hey Asami! I'll be right up!" She yells. Taking a deep breath, the Avatar stretches before squatting down. Her eyes begin to glow as she activates the Avatar State. The warehouse workers watch as she begins to twist her body in a way that kicks up air around her before jumping. Suddenly the air around her follows her jump and propels her into the air, launching the Avatar all the way to the walkway Asami is currently standing on.

With little grace, Korra lands next to Asami. The air around Korra whipping their hair around. "Hey... Korra" Asami says with a sigh and a smile as she begins to fix her hair.

"Hah, sorry about that. I could've used fire to get up here but I didn't want to burn your precious warehouse."

"It's fine, I appreciate it. So, what brings you here?"

"Nothing in particular..." Korra says as she puts her hands behind her head. "Just seeing what you're up to."

"Oh, well I've been swamped with work lately, trying to get this place functioning has taken up most of my time. It's been exhausting..."

"Ha, looks like we're on the same page then, You wanna go do something?" Korra asks, realizing how similar their situations are.

Asami smiles but looks a bit concerned. "Well, I would like to, but getting this place up and running is my top priority right now and there's still work to do..."

Korra looks at the girl with an annoyed frown. She's always working, she hates to see her stressed like this. "Well... What are you doing right now? You mind if I hang around?"

With a sigh Asami looks at her friend. "Sure, I'll probably have a few minutes here and there to talk or something. Come on, lets go." She says as she turns away from Korra and begins to walk away. Korra gives a little fist pump and smiles as she takes a quick step to catch up. She'll get Asami relaxed by the end of the day for sure.
