Dick-Master Ring: Mass Effect (Hub Chapter)

AN: Hi there! I originally started posting this storyline on the BE Addventure almost four years ago under the handle The Man Who Tagged Without Restraint. Since it doesn't look like the Addventure's going to be getting its main index updated any time soon, I thought I'd move it to a site where people can more reliably find old chapters (with a couple of minor format edits and adjustments to account for the different chapter adding method). I've left this chapter as just the authors notes so that people can start their own versions branching off of it.
