Dan To The Rescue!

"Well, naturally I'm going to return you to normal size if I can. Sorry if I concerned you, but think of the possibilities if we could control size at will!" Dan was practically beaming with enthusiasm. "Housing problems would be a thing of the past! We could end world hunger by either growing the food or shrinking the people! I know what happened to you is frightening, but if we can figure out how it happened, we could literally save the world!"

"When you say it like that, being reduced might just be the best thing that ever happened to me." Alice giggled to herself, Dan's excitement and childlike wonder in the face of the unknown took the terror out of Alice's situation. Not to mention that Dan looked rather cute when he was enthralled by a project, she might even consider a relationship when she was the proper size. It took Dan some time to get Alice's stuff from her backyard and into his home, not being particularly strong. But then came the question, how should he begin the experiment? The tried and true scientific method, or wonderland logic?
