The coin of unthinkable choice

This coin is so powerful that no-one knows who could have made it. Some says it appeared during the convocation of an hellish entity, others that it was made by a trickster god. But whatever its origin, it always finds its way into the hands of poor victims that discover way too late its danger. No-one come back unscathed from its presence.

The coins allows you to play "would you rather" but its able to affect reality to fit with the choice made. The person who ask the choice and the person who answer always sees the changes, but for the rest of the world, it depends of the choice made. Even not answering the question won't help since the choice will be made as soon as someone toss the coin.
