Oliver answers

12:00 p.m

"Curtis" says Oliver as he picks up an incoming call. "Mr. Queen... I... uh... wanted to run something by you if it's not an inconvenient moment" says Curtis while stepping out of QE to the city streets. "Go ahead" responds Oliver, being a no nonsense and few words kind of guy. "Well, I checked the specs you left and firstly I wanna say there's no issue in making all of it happen, it will take a year to build the transportation and a week for the prototype suit and it's weapons. That being said... I can't help but wonder why do you want me to build them? I mean, soldiers don't use bows... it's very unconventional not to mention if you face someone with a machine gun and kevlar you'd have to be insanely skilled to be able to take him out with arrows... so yeah. As Oliver was about to answer he hears Curtis yell at someone "Hey, leave the girl alone!" and instantly hears the phone fall to the floor followed by a gunshot. "Curtis?" Oliver say while getting on his Aprilia starting to worry and realizing the situation, with practiced skill he starts a trace and simultaneously calls an ambulance to Curtis's location and speeds off towards it.

Luckily Oliver was 5 minutes away from Curtis. Arriving at the location he takes in the scene all while forming a plan on the fly. He sees Curtis slumped by a trash can clutching his stomach and a man running towards the alley while a blonde woman in her mid 30's frantically talks on the phone unable to hides her tears, he stops and runs to Curtis "Curtis! What happened?" says Oliver. " I tried... uhh... he took the little girl... call the police". Oliver takes of his jacket and presses on Curtis's wound "Keep the pressure, ambulance's on the way" and takes off running toward the kidnapper who just took a left turn into the alleyway. "Oliver?" says Curtis confused as to why he's trying to chase the dangerous criminal who could kill him, but in reality not aware of who Oliver Queen really is.

Oliver starts parkouring up the nearby building with impressive ease for a better view of the fleeing criminal and starts to give chase, almost immediately he sees a 6'5 giant of a man carrying a crying little girl over his shoulder and a man, most likely the father catching up to them. Oliver sees the giant drop the girl on the ground and turn to the man with a revolver in hand all while Oliver drops down toward them, when the 6'5 man takes aim Oliver simultaneously takes out a switchblade and throws it at the man's weapon with insane speed and precision. The switchblade hits the weapon and it falls from the kidnapper's hand leaving him surprised, looking up to where the blade came from he says "What the fuck?!" Oliver lands infront of the criminal giving his back to who he thinks is the girl's father "Let her go... NOW" growls Oliver while changing his voice so they will not recognize him. "Fuck you" says the giant of a man while lunging at Oliver with a wild haymaker and surprising speed for a man his size. Oliver instinctively anticipates his move by sidestepping and simultaneously delivering a powerful oblique kick to the back of his knee that makes the man drop, just as the kidnapper drops Oliver whips out a strong front kick to the side of the face which the man is unable to react to in time, thus knocking him out cold. The little girl then runs to the man behind Oliver, who now confirms his doubt of whether the man was the father. The man scoops up the girl into a hug and as he turn to thank the mysterious man who just saved the life of his daughter and himself, they find themselves alone in the alley. Oliver seemingly dissapeared from thin air, had already turned around the corner and headed towards his bike parked where Curtis had been shot. Holt had already been taken to the hospital, so Oliver hops on his bike and takes off towards the hospital.
