Abandoned old factory in the Glades

11:30 a.m - The Glades

Oliver eyes an old abandoned factory owned by QE deep in the Glades just next to the river. He has found the perfect spot to make his base of operations, he thinks on it's entries and exits, the fact that it's deep in the Glades where the police would turn a blind eye. "Owned by Queen might tie this to me but this will do." Oliver says while parkouring over the 3 foot fence to survey the inside of the factory and start planning where to begin in this 50k square feet factory.

1:00 p.m - QE Applied Science Division

Curtis goes over the USB Oliver gave him with a frown. "Let's see what the boss wants."

Ability to evade enemy detection and enter contested airspace. Advanced electronic warfare capabilities. Locate and track enemy forces, jam radars, and disrupt attacks. Capable of vertical takeoff

4- MOTORCYCLE - Electric. Bulletproof. Spikesproof. Silent. Modifiable for underwater.

"What the hell is this?!" Curtis says after reviewing everything with a ton of questions floating in his mind. "Is he trying to take over a country by himself or something, Jesus Christ!" Curtis stops himself and thinks "This seems to be something to be kept in secret, why did he give me this? I mean obviously because I can make it but he wouldn't do it just like that. At least that's my guess." In the end Curtis decides to go on with everything, he calculates it will take a year to finish the jet and bike, the rest in a week. He dials Oliver Queen's cell number.
