The Anthropologist Journal IV

It was as if they waited for the world to be organized anew before new Waking Grounds emerged.
Because shortly after each other the Orc, Goblin and Ogre Waking Grounds saw the light of day.
The structures installed to facilitate the insertion of new Waking Grounds and thus races proved successful. Thus the name of the Orc, Goblin and Ogre were added to the Mytica Council group without a glitch. However the election of representatives turned out to be a more complex matter.
Because they had tribal, clan-like societies they first had to sort out among themselves if they would have an overarching group that speaks for all of them or if each tribe/clan would have its own representative.
They also brought their own kind of magick with them. One that showed great similarities with the shamanistic practices of certain human groups.

The smallest of them were the Goblins, petite green-skinned humanoids with sticking out pointed ears averaging in at 4ft1 height. They have a clan-like organization.
The large muscular green-skinned humanoids with pointed backswept ears and tusk protruding from their lower lips averaging in at 6ft7 are the Orcs. They have a tribal organization.
The massive hulking ones with pale skin are the Ogres averaging in at 7ft5. While even taller and more muscular than orcs they have smaller tusks and although their ears are similar to Orcs they are also more sticking out like Goblins. They also have a clan-like organization.

Their way of handling mana and thus magick revolved around rituals and cooperation with the spirit of things. This likely evolved to make up for their bodies' low mana-efficiency, as a way to make the most of what they had. This in contrast to mana-manipulators pur sang like elves who have a high mana-efficiency. When they first met with the human group who had similar practices this allowed humans in a way to reconnect with the origins of certain traditions. Though the knowledge was passed on during the basically manaless fifth era now they had the chance to exchange views with other practitioners. So in time a common curriculum was established for those who wanted to apply themselves to this way of handling mana.
A sensitive point they all agreed on was that certain rituals could be used in a dark way to enslave spirits. The new arrivals acknowledged that it was used in this way in the past but only to reign in spirits on the rampage that posed a real threat to a clan or tribe.
In this light they (Orc, Goblin and Ogre) found the summoning of elementals a gray area with everything depending on the intention of the summoner.

All the races from the Waking Grounds confirmed that the fourth era still had more races roaming the world but they also confirmed that now the major races that roamed the fourth era were present.
And seeing how well the structures worked for integration of the Orc, Goblin and Ogre the Mythica Council group was sure that any new Waking Grounds that would emerge in the future would be handled just as successfully.
