Not exactly a plan, but there has been a change

You are pretty sure a lot of women will be waking up with a similar thought today. Specifically, for how long will they be able to avoid the new punishment component, the permission of which was passed into law effective today. For the amount of nudity and contact with bare buttocks involve, the punishments have always remained very strictly non-sexual; that was, after all, how you wanted it, not that anybody could pinpoint you as the source of the system. However, as female sexuality became more of an open topic, it has become apparent that some women do enjoy it, after all... And a solution was long overdue.

It came in the shape of the spanker having the option to instruct the punished young woman to bring herself to an orgasm before the spanking itself to ensure her enjoyment is diminished and she cannot relieve the physical pain with the spanking-induced excitement. This is only to be used if punishment already required the spankee to be nude or at least bottomless; furthermore, the spanker has to have reason to suspect the woman might enjoy the spanking. And well... As someone who certainly did enjoy her punishments (most of them, at least), you found the change to be bad news. You might enjoy the extra humiliation somewhat, but spankings are much easier to bear when they excite you, not in what should be a post-orgasmic bliss. You certainly would not have written that as a rule in the Rulebook yourself...

And then it hits you. You know that there has been an active discussion of the changes in the news, the social media and so on... And you know that for obvious reasons you would have kept a very close eye on it... Except you cannot actually remember a single instance of doing so. The feeling is not quite the same as the one you had after using the Rulebook yourself, but it is frighteningly close. You scramble out of bed and rush to the little fateful notebook. It is just where it should be. Furthermore, as you scroll through the pages... and again... and again... you become quite convinced that nothing changed at all in it. That leaves two possibilities, of course. Either your memory is beginning to play very weird tricks on you in your relatively young age... Or there is another device with a similar power.
